This is so pathetic it's hilarious. The Tebow lovers were dead silent each time he got his ass whipped. Then he lucks into the playoffs and lucks through one "wildcard" game and here they come again, proclaiming him God's gift to football.

How pathetic.

Make sure you don't remain silent next week when the Pats hand him his ass. I really want to see the excuses flow.

How many yards did he throw for against one of the best defenses in the league?

Really? They had their whole defense team out there? Number one would indicate every player was actually playing. How many injuries?

Their second best safety was the only starter out for the game.

The only other defensive injury was to a corner with 15 tackles all season.

Try again.

tazzygirl -> RE: TEBOW! (1/9/2012 10:32:23 AM)

Besides having Woodley playing part-time with his hamstring, Roethlisberger slowed with his ankle and missing Maurkice Pouncey, Ryan Clark, Cortez Allen and others, the Steelers also lost three starters on Sunday.

Casey Hampton, Brett Keisel and Max Starks all left the game with injuries.

Those offensive players being out during the game helped Tebow throw the ball? I know you aren't too bright, but you should know enough about how football works to gather that that doesn't make much sense.

And guys got hurt DURING the game? Oh man... I guess they had no offensive production before any of those injuries and the Steelers were obviously crippled with their defensive stars hurt...

Oh wait.

tazzygirl -> RE: TEBOW! (1/9/2012 11:05:13 AM)

Yeah, I know you are a bit.. slow.. with that small brain and thick skull.

Plagued with injuries, no defense is 100%.

Woodley injured before the game.... Clark out of the game.... Mundy in for Clark, not part of their #1 defense.

Yeah, sounds like the #1 defense was in prime playing condition!

TheRaptorJesus -> RE: TEBOW! (1/9/2012 1:02:30 PM)

Injuries are a part of the game. They had injuries and suspensions throughout the year yet were still ranked #1.

Try to understand that this is the way things work. It's not a video game. There isn't a reset button. People are hurt on every team. Yet they were still ranked #1. Maybe they would have been #3 last night. It still doesn't undermine what Tebow did. They're still a stout defense and they were torn to shreds.

Fancy that.

Hey mike!!!!

[image]http://www.inquisitr.com/wp-content/2012/01/Tim-Tebow-316.jpg[/image]

Fans were quick to point out that Tebow through for 316 yards during his teams win, that number matches the famous bible version John 3:16 which Tebow use to write on his face during some of his college football games at the University of Florida.

If that isn’t enough to have you believing in the divine intervention of god during a football game Tebow also through for 10 completions during his 316 yard performance. That would be an average of 31.6 yards per completion.

Sure two coincidences can happen but then John Ourand of the Sports Business Journal tweeted a final coincidence. It turns out that the TV ratings system for the last 15 minutes of the game registered a solid 31.6.

slvemike4u -> RE: TEBOW! (1/12/2012 10:35:29 PM)

!0 completions tazzy out of IIRC 21 or 22 attempts....so for all of the "best Tebow game yet" bullshit he still didn't complete even 50% of his passes.
Yes I know disciples this is nothing but nit picking.....still 48% completion rating for the year is not exactly NFL quality QBing.....lol.

tazzygirl -> RE: TEBOW! (1/12/2012 10:41:45 PM)

pft... lol... you missed the reference to John 3:16... 3 times in one game!

Buzzzz -> RE: TEBOW! (1/14/2012 9:11:29 PM)

And now what?

tazzygirl -> RE: TEBOW! (1/14/2012 9:29:54 PM)

Now what what?

ROFL

Im a Panther fan. I could care less about Tebow.. other than to poke fun at Mike.

MasterCord -> RE: TEBOW! (1/14/2012 9:32:24 PM)

...it seems Mr Tebow....

....was....well..."crucified" in the game tonight....he was certainly throwing like he had nails in his hands.....what did he hit....34%? ....

Congratulations Patriots.....maybe now we can finally hear the end of that God-awful Tebow blathering....

MC

Buzzzz -> RE: TEBOW! (1/14/2012 9:37:46 PM)

Yes. Now let's the good teams play. Anybody's chance right now. All good teams left.

DarqueMirror -> RE: TEBOW! (1/14/2012 9:41:43 PM)

LoL No "miracle" comebacks today. The radio announcers on my way in to work even said his backup was warming up on the sidelines. I caught the abysmal end as I got to work.

Where was his signature pose? I didn't see it at all. Just a hung head and a sprint to the locker room. LoL

Wait.... Where's TRJ to defend his idol? Oddly silent.

DomKen -> RE: TEBOW! (1/15/2012 6:08:42 AM)

Notice how the faster and stronger than college linebackers bottled up the option all night long? Seems to me some people said that was why the option wasn't viable in the NFL a while back and they got ridiculed for saying so. How about the Tebow worshippers man up and acknowledge who was right and who was wrong.

LaTigresse -> RE: TEBOW! (1/15/2012 6:15:07 AM)

http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/317884

I am sure that is here somewhere but I am being too lazy to go looking. Generic Dude showed it to me yesterday morning. We were both laughing our asses silly.

Tebow isn't that great. He shouldn't even be a quarterback. He's a great media story for sure, but a great quarterback........not so much so. Last night he was shown what great really is.

Aynne88 -> RE: TEBOW! (1/15/2012 7:55:10 AM)

[:)]. Yep. What a frigging game.
