Tebows play is best suited to the SEC,not the NFL.

Belichick doesn't see mechanical issues in Broncos QB Tebow

Belichick discussed Tebow on Wednesday, disputing the perception that the QB has faulty throwing mechanics.

"I don't agree with any of that," Belichick said, according to the Boston Herald. "I think his passing is good. It was good in college; he was a very productive passer in college, and he’s thrown the ball well in this league. Throws it good short, throws it intermediate, can throw it deep. He's got some very good throws, as good as anybody that you want to put in there."

On if Tebow is more accurate now than he was in college: “It looks about the same as he did in college. He can run, he can throw, he’s got good poise, doesn’t turn the ball over, makes good decisions.”

Smart opposing coaches and players never say anything bad about a team the week before they play that team.

Too fucking funny,Belicheck refuses to take a gratuitous shot at a qb he is about to face and this is compelling evidence ?
There is no sense discussing this with fans blinded by Tebowmania.....so I am backing out,but rest assured as soon as Tebow falls on his face,it is inevitable with that throwing motion,I will be back here to check in with all the fawners who refuse to see or acknowledge what is plainly evident.
Good luck keeping up with Brady this week.....lol.No 13 to 10 game on sunday,Brady is good for 30 plus...lets see the kid keep up [:)]

TheRaptorJesus -> RE: TEBOW! (12/15/2011 2:22:22 PM)

He scored more than 30 points two weeks ago.

Good thing to bow out pretending to hold your head high while actually holding your tail between your legs.

Unless you really are dumb enough to think your feeble jabs (that never contained any knowledge of football mechanics or schematics) carried any weight.

Protip: they didn't.

DarkSteven -> RE: TEBOW! (12/15/2011 2:37:15 PM)

It's going to be a good game.

Patriots' plan will be to rack up enough points that they'll have a solid cushion, more than the Broncos' inevitable comeback will cover.  Score early and often.

Broncos' plan will be to both score high, and to strangle NE's offense.\

If it's a low scoring game, Denver wins easily.

I expect a shootout like the Denver-Minnesota game.

A  CNNSI article showing Elway's position and non-choice (he'll get run out of town if he doesn't keep Tebow as the starter).   http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2011/writers/jeff_diamond/12/15/tebow.elway/index.html?sct=nfl_t11_a2

Raptor,I have had a smile on my face every time I posted....but it is becoming increasingly clear that you are nothing more,nothing less than a complete asshole.
"He" scored more than 30 against the Minnasota fucking Vikings......who I am sure you will be surprised to hear are not having a very good year.
Remember Raptor.....bigger and faster.....bigger and faster.

Belicheck seems ecstatic at the end of the first quarter

FatDomDaddy -> RE: TEBOW! (12/18/2011 2:58:04 PM)

A very interesting half of football. Belicheck is going to the Hall for a reason but the man was clearly unhappy. Some crucial Denver mistakes (not discounting two fumbles) have turned the tide.

I hope the second half is just as entertaining.

FatDomDaddy -> RE: TEBOW! (12/18/2011 3:53:27 PM)

People are going to say what they will... But Tebow is going to be a good QB. If Denver doesn't want him, teams will be lining up.

DarkSteven -> RE: TEBOW! (12/18/2011 4:22:32 PM)

Wow.  After the first quarter, I didn't think New England was going to even be in the game.  But then the Broncos kept turning over the ball.  It's hard to win when your opponent scores 27 unanswered points.

DomKen -> RE: TEBOW! (12/18/2011 4:38:13 PM)

The Broncos, as a team, played like exactly what they are. A second tier team that is very lucky to be in what may be the worst division in the entire NFL.

Brady showed that you have to play with intenisty for an entire game, not one quarter, to be a winner in the NFL.

Now what? The broncos got whooped at home. Can't say. That tebow is a winner. Not this week.

So ignorance IS bliss then?

I'm glad to know. I'm happy for you.

slvemike4u -> RE: TEBOW! (12/19/2011 6:44:02 AM)

You would be speaking from experience eh,Raptor?
As I said earlier....what an asshole.
SNL had it right Saturday night......Jesus was busy Sunday afternoon,so the BIGGER and FASTER players beat the SEC qualified quaterback.....LOL.

Except that Tebow played well but couldn't account for 3 second-quarter turnovers against one of the most potent offenses in the game while his defense played uncharacteristically poorly?

So you won't give him credit when they win but when they lose it's squarely on his shoulders?

I'm only an asshole to intellectual peasants who are willfully ignorant but still think they have a right to speak loudly. You're like Rush Limbaugh without the wealth or influence.

slvemike4u -> RE: TEBOW! (12/20/2011 2:37:37 PM)

Not even close,he didn't deserve the credit when they won(defense won those games by keeping it close enough for Tebow "time" magic....after 56 minutes or so of putrid qb play....lol) and yes it does fall on his shoulders that the rest of the team must play damm near flawless ball to have any chance of winning DESPITE subpar quaterback play.
AS I said many posts ago......Thanks for playing,perhaps soccer is your sport(lord knows it isn't football)

TheRaptorJesus -> RE: TEBOW! (12/20/2011 5:09:02 PM)

You still refuse to jump on the bandwagon even though 95% of the people that said he'd never be a good NFL quarterback have changed their tune?

Now that Elway is finally on board?

Now that everything you would have used against him is no longer valid? You have no coherent points that span more than a solitary game in any way. You can't pick and choose and change answers. You judge based on the sum of the work.

Well... you don't, but no one ever said you were a smart man. Those of us that have coherent thoughts do. "Thanks for playing," isn't something you're supposed to say when you lose, Mikey. Any outsider who hasn't even watched a game can see that your points carry no weight, that you change your argument based on the given week, and that you're way too butt-devastated about Tebow's religion.
