Just elect Mitt.

http://news.yahoo.com/romneys-absurd-campaign-promise-133019685.html

They have to have caught Romney on a bad day.

"What I can promise you is this - when you get out of college, if I'm president you'll have a job. If President Obama is reelected, you will not be able to get a job," Romney said.

Since you have repeated and castigated continuously that government cannot create jobs, have you turned from your spanish communist outlook to one of pure socialism?

""What I can promise you is this - when you get out of college, if I'm president you'll have a job. If President Obama is reelected, you will not be able to get a job," Romney said."

What planet is this guy on ? First of all there is no way in hell to guarantee that, which means his word means nothing. That's like me promising you that the Japanese are going to attack Pearl Harbor again. It's so ridiculous I don't think I would want this guy bagging my groceries.

What's more the republicans were more than complicit in destroying the business climate here, and/or sweetening it elsewhere. Just how fucking stooooopid does he think people are ? I mean people are pretty stupid, but that level of stupidity is rare. Even the neocons in CM are not this stupid. You take the worst of them, the most slanted, the most biased, everything, everything republican down to their fucking socks, and none are stupid enough to believe this sort of trype.

And he guarantees that if Obama is elected you won't be able to find a job ? That's almost as stupid. The fact is if Obama is reelected you are not likely to be able to find a job, that is true. However electing a repubican does not make your chances any better.

It's simple, what I said about the way the world works is correct. "They" choose candidates for us that they can control. If they can't find one without brains that is pretty enough for the broads to vote for, they will find one with enough skeletons in the closet to bring out just in case.

But this one has no brains, he should not adlib. In fact it has been postulated that the best thing a republican could do right now to beat Obama is to keep his fucking mouth shut. I am starting to agree.

And remember I do not like the democratic party nor what they stand for. I think they'tre fucking closet socialists. But really, the republicans are really so much worse the choice is clear. If you don't want Ron Paul, take Obama. It's all you got.

T^T

People have two choices: you will not have a job for sure (with Obama) or you may have a job if Romney is not lying (a chance). What would they choose?

Well, Romney's right about that.
My nephew and his friends who graduated UNH in May are in shit jobs if they're working at all. Bus driving for the college, working retail at the mall, waitressing and all part-time jobs.
I read the business sections of many sites and on the one hand they say that unemployment is dropping and on the other hand that this is the worst financial period that we've had since the Great Depression. Which is it?
And what does "Herbert Hoover" do, he signs *another* "free trade" deal with S. Korea, Chile and Colombia! More "outsourcing!"

outsourcing is down to individual companies, not the president.

So maybe you "economists" will tell us how losing 6 or 8 hundred thousand MORE jobs on top of the millions of jobs shrub lost us in '08', would have made things better and not worse.

This is one of Mitt`s greatest gaffs and will come back to bite him in the ass................when he wins your nomination.

They wouldnt have been lost. They would have been a far stronger company just using existing bankruptcy laws. But that wouldnt help the UAW, so of course Obama repays his debt to them by giving away the store.

Actually, to some extent, out-sourcing is the responsibility of the president. It's the free-trade treaties that make other countries a better place for producers to manufacture their goods.

It is cheaper for ... GE to make a TV in China or India or wherever and export them back here.

This wasn't always the case back when there were tarrifs on imported goods. It's one of the reasons Honda started making cars in the US because, at the time, they could actually increase their profit margin.

With all the free-trade treaties, American workers are truly being priced out of the market because even if we were willing to work as cheaply as they do in other some countries, there wouldn't be enough hours in a day to work enough to make enough to afford our cost of living.

Put plainly: Out-sourcing is a direct result of free-trade. Free-trade is a treaty, requiring the signature of the president and the approval of congress (of the president's signature to it)

Peace and comfort,

Michael

No, it isnt. Its lax ENFORCEMENT of the treaties.

And I havent seen you retract your absurd statement about Reagan not favoring free trade and free trade agreements.
