the CRTC stopped a corporation (who doesnt have the same rights as a person), from lying to canadians for profit.

I think it's pretty clear that you (and no one else here) don't mean anything of the sort, so I won't be back. Thought I'd stop by again, but the level of discourse has reached slavering dog status, apparently, and that's not what I came here for.

Fox News went to court to defend their "Right To Lie" on their broadcasts. Since they vigorously defended this, I think it's safe to assume that EVERYTHING they state should be questioned *in light of their STATED INTENT TO LIE*.

If the Canadian Government doesn't want KNOWN LIARS ( which you must admit, permitting or denying access to people KNOWN TO LIE is in their own interests... ) if they don't want KNOWN LIARS polluting their spectrum, more power to them.

When someone tells you that they intend on lying, why would you believe anything they said.

This isn't up for debate. These are facts. You can't turn your opinion into facts now matter how hard you spin them.
