Of course not, that's why Fox and Fox supporters are in such snit about the decision.  Personally, I wish we had a such a law in the US.  Just one more why I will probably move to Canada some day.

Fascists here are busily working overtime to place many such laws on the books

Too bad for you that our constitution makes it a lot more difficult here though

Last time I checked, there weren't many Klansmen left in the Senate, and the neo nazis were holed up in armed compounds waiting for the sky to fall, rather than pursuing legislative changes.
