ORIGINAL: FemmeDominion OP, I'm a giver. I've had a scat sub in the past. He did not like watersports, just scat. He was a full "flush" as it's said. I have had my Hep shots, tetanus, never tested pos for carrying TB, never had a STD, never had an illness that most people haven't had. That is to say I've only had things like the chicken pox and colds and the flu - nothing where a doc had to scratch their head and look up my symptoms. In other words as far as I know I'm pretty healthy internally. I don't offer when I don't feel well. I'm very conscientious about the whole thing. Before I got into it I read up on what all could go wrong. I read the info from folks that had been doing it for years. I thought about how healthy I was before I seriously considered offering. I have long discussions (much to the horny fetishist's dismay) about everything - research I've found, how much research they've done, if they've eaten their own, how far do they want to go (from simply sniffing it/ being near it, to being only "toilet paper," to the full on "flush," to all the variations in between), we talk about after care -yes, I will care for a sub that gets sick, we talk about the meds I take and how that can get passed on, we talk about any and everything I can think of - as I think anyone would (and in my opinion) should when engaging in HIGH risk play. . Hi FD thanks for sharing-- I know this delves into the Health & Safety section, where we've mentioned before but it relates to this thread so here I'll post again. There are plenty of diseases and viruses that can be transmitted through feces--you can carry them and remain asymptomatic--that is, you might feel fine and appear healthy, yet you can shed the viruses through your feces to others. Bugs can range from minor nuisance (norovirus) to extremely life-changing (Hep-C). So this is one of those fetishes that is one of those risk vs benefit situations. Obviously, it's impractical and unrealistic to ask your Domme/Dom to go a get a full set of bloodwork and lab tests before each and every play session to test for each and every potential virus and bacteria. It is why I have always said "buyer beware" (so to speak) for those who enjoy scat play--esp if it involves eating it. It is a risk--as long as the bottom/sub is willing to take the risk to indulge himself/herself, we're all adults here. (and yes, there are some health risks from eating one's own feces as well) Of course there will be those who will post that they've been "eating shit" for years with no ill effects--as FD has said--this is a high risk activity for the sub/bottom. I know folks who have a fetish for bare-backing --unprotected anal sex--it's a similar issue--they know the risks involved--they do it anyway. To the OP: there are men and women into both sides of scat--I've read a few profiles on here. Good luck, keep looking.
