I'll forgive the whole River Dance thing if you do... It's those bloody Irish that are responsible for them anyway

Stern, Riverdance is just minimally Irish. It is a romanticised collection of Irishisms made from a uniquely American perspective, much like the Hollywood movies of the 1950's (e.g. the Quiet Man). The proof? Just compare a clip on Youtube of traditional Irish dancing with Riverdance. Don't blame us, its a mish-mash from the product of American culture.

Never Mind that what you're trying to palm off here is enough to CONVICT in this country.... ... It's Irrelevant now... As soon as those nauseating greencard abusers are done with their "fairwell tour" they are being loaded onto the Newt Gigrich Grossly Overcrowded Shuttle (or GOS) and sent to the moon for his first round of population.
You can go rescue your confederates there. But I wouldn't try to hard... Cause according to Callista "Once you go Newt ,somethin somethin>".

First question.
How can I defend the USA better over here?

Second question.
What do americans think of Europe.

For decades Europe has been very negative in its attitude toward the US. I think the vast majority of Americans would acknowledge Bush fucked up big time.

In the past two hundred or so years, Europe has had about two-hundred times more blood on its hands. Just because the US is relatively conservative at the moment whilst Europe is doing its peace loving act doesn't really give us the right to lord it over the US, when there is so much else wrong in the world. As far as I see, European animosity toward the US is the consequence of the left bashing them historically whilst turning a blind eye to the atrocities elsewhere in the predominantly communist world.

It may be controversial to say this but it does seem that after Europe's weakness subsequent to WWII, intensified with the loss of empires and with the rise of the USSR to the East, resulted in the old power-politics getting hastily swept under the carpet when it was convenient to do so. The US didn't experience a similar situation which explains the divergence today. Having said that the old politics of division is still a reality in Europe today, and has become more visible with the consensus politics of the EU breaking down...

If he is pro pot I would vote for Paul.
At least there is a chance for change if he would legalize it.

So Flatley and company are greencard abusers! I heard before that they were mostly foreign dancers and it seems correct if the website is anything to go by. And I thought Flatley, like most Irish-Americans is a Democrat voter so it looks like he'll be flying on O'Bama's...

Here ya go -

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul decried the “war on drugs” Thursday night, telling supporters in Washington state that people should be able to make their own decisions on such matters.

Voters in Washington are likely to decide this year whether to legalize the recreational use of marijuana

“If we are allowed to deal with our eternity and all that we believe in spiritually, and if we’re allowed to read any book that we want under freedom of speech, why is it we can’t put into our body whatever we want?” Paul told more than 1,000 people at a rally in Vancouver, a suburb of Portland, Ore

If they live on that continent, sounds good to me. If they live in the US, why would they want to be called african anything? Wouldn't it be better to just be an American?

Question - is a kenyan a kenyan or an african-kenyan? Or is a kenyan not a kenyan but an african?

We already had a little war that settled that issue. Personally, I fear that North and South Dakota would erupt into a civil war if states were small countries. Those people in Fargo are fierce dontcha know so I'm a no on that one. The concept defeats the entire purpose of 'united' states after all. I think, just a guess mind you, that we're geared nationally first and to our individual states second.

It's like having a brother you don't like. You don't mind beating the hell out of him, but let anyone else even try and you ban together against the interloper and the two of you beat the hell out of the guy who is interfering. Once he's down, you go back to beating on each other.

My grandsons in a nutshell.

When the youngest was 3 he overheard a kid threatening his brother, age 4, in the daycare cubicle next to his. He climbed the bookcases that divided and launched himself onto the perpetrator bellowing (as much as a 3yo can bellow) "Don't hit my brudder!!!!!!" Never mind that they constantly launch attacks on one another.

They are 7 & 8 and we still laugh about that one.

I love your constitution, it rocks for sure. It's written on hemp paper for pete's sake

I didn't know it was written on hemp. What did they use to make the roach?

We used bibles when there was no ricepaper.

So you have spent a bit of time in the joint (bajes)...ehh?

The Constitution was not written on hemp; drafts of the Declaration and the authentic Federalist Papers were, however.
