Interesting thought: What is the purpose of this argument? If it is to determine who is "right," I would posit that legal minds would be of more use, and no one so far has disclosed a law practice. For that matter, it doesn't really matter what a fetish forum determines, a court of law is the only place that matters. If it is to convince others that you are "right," I doubt anything posted on the thread would convince anyone of anything they didn't already believe. If it is to be the last poster, I win! (for now). (of course, see my tagline)...

There is a voicebox or two that has looked at this thread, and figured out what is the sense of posting the law on this thread, when the self-styled guru of the law is an imbecile (meaning: not understanding the law and ever unlikely to). by definition in Blacks Law dictionary.
