You're in! I have a spectacular ass!

LadyPact -> RE: Why am I not taken seriously? (3/6/2012 5:02:59 PM)

This might just be Me, but somehow, even with My undereducated self, I just don't see it going like this.  With that kind of bank, I'd just hire somebody to put spell check on the computer.  I would also be beating the gender and orientation of My selection off with a stick, so I doubt I'd be on CM in the first place.  I could be at a kinky event damn near every other, if not every dang weekend, and not hanging out on the net.  Either that, or I'd just buy the dang site and run it the way I wanted.  (Hiring people for the tech needs because I wouldn't have a clue if it broke.)

Of course, I'm not the type to want to buy people with money, so I sure wouldn't be advertising the fact that I had it.  Not on a message board, anyway.  I'd just use it to go to the events that I wanted to and if I found somebody that I clicked with, I'd go back.  At fifty-three, that's a decent age to retire, and really, how much more money could I possibly need?

There is no such thing as "enough money", LP.

At least as far as CM is concerned, it's already there, free for everyone to use! Squiggly red lines as we type...how hard could it be for this guy unless he's color blind?

SingleServ, seems the only subject you warm to is money. How incredibly boring, shallow, and tedious. Nobody here cares how you make $$, and if it's truly as bad out there as you say it is, nobody out there cares either.

And you never did respond to my question: besides $$ (which you state no one will get anyway, therefore it's moot, a non-subject), what positive qualities do you bring to the table? Your profile's a little light on (read: devoid of) anything unique or compelling. So c'mon, let us know something redeeming that makes it worth us watching you flop around like a fish out of water.

My mind is typically focused on mathematics, probability based risk assessments, and making money over the correct spelling of words.

Cool! I did probabilistic risk assessment, as well as deterministic analyses, when I worked at Rocky Flats. Of course, those models were based on release of hazardous and radioactive materials, while your analyses are based upon financial events. The easy part was in determining logical event sequences, and the hard part was in assigning discrete probabilities for those events that were logical and defensible. We used historical events to extrapolate probabilities. If you don't mind a nosy question, how do you assign probabilities for financial events, and how do you project the resulting sequence of events?

Your ability to be "taken seriously" by the women on this site is directly proportional to
their perception of how much money you make and / or have.

They assume by your young age that you are basically broke; hence they have no
interest in you.

And yet at the ripe old age of 53, and, by admission, wealthy too,
why are you still not taken seriously?

You are a good example of what my mother, wise woman that she is, always used to tell me
"Young lady, if you marry for money, you wind up paying for it in the end."

There's also a saying (not from my dear mother, mind you!)
"Money can't buy love, but it sure can make the sex better."

By attempting to propel your attractiveness by means of supposed wealth,
it's no wonder you are attracting the type of women you are.

It's more than enough to accomplish the goal.  How much could I need to do what I always talked about?  I could live out My days on six mil quite easily.

SingleServant -> RE: Why am I not taken seriously? (3/6/2012 6:14:56 PM)

Against my better judgement I shall expand on how my ability to make millions is associated with the money grubbers, battle axes, and the domesticated males who populate not only this site but the entire country.

A typical male's sense of happiness is based upon an absolute scale. If he has an attractive woman in his life, if he is coming home to a clean home and a well cooked meal, if he is employed and has some disposable income, if he is having his sexual needs satisfied he will be happy. Regardless of his surroundings and position in life a male will be happy if he has these things.

A woman's sense of happiness is based upon a relative scale. She determines her sense of happiness by how well, or not well, she is doing relative to her girlfriends. Her happiness is not based upon an absolute scale; it is based upon a constantly moving target.

For example if a woman is living in a comfortable suburban setting but her girl friends are living in slightly larger homes, and taking slighty better vacations, or they are receiving slightly more expensive Christmas gifts she
will feel "unhappy". However if this exact same woman is living in a small row home in a not so good neighborhood but her girl friends are living in run down apartments she will feel " happy". She will have the material evidence to show she is doing better than her girl friends which makes her secretly feel good.

The woman living in the nice suburban home, who is unhappy, will pressure her husband to provide to her increased material goods move her up past her girl friends ,and making her feel " happy" again.

Before the advent of mass media and the Internet the above dynamics where almost always localized.

With mass media all women are viewing other women living in a better situation then they are. This triggered legions of pussy whipped husbands being pressured into making purchases they could not afford in a futile effort to made perpetually unhappy women happy. This phenomenon manifested itself into married couples purchase homes they simply could not afford. She needed the bigger home because her girlfriends had bigger homes and he (the husband) felt compelled to purchase that larger home because she ( the wife) was not happy, and unhappy women do not offer sex, and sex is a main ingredient in his "absolutes" for happiness.

I recognized that eventually the entire system had to collase under it's own weight. Millions of money grubbers and battle axes pressuring their husbands to purchase homes they could not afford in a futile effort to be " happy" by getting one up on their girlfriends.

When the system collapsed I cashed in.

Through variations of the Black Scholes Merton model which is a continuous form solution in combination with binominal tree modeling which is offers solutions to American Style Options. The continuous form solution only offers solutions to European Style Option which can only be exercised at the option expiration date. American style option can be exercised at any time throughout the length of the contract purchased. Option pricing is not an exact science by any means and ther are multiple assumptions baked into the math which are unrealistic. In other words be careful.

Yes you are wrong.
7 figures doesn't imply 7 million, it means 1 million or more as in 1,000,000 has 7 figures (1 one and 6 zeros = 7 figures).

As such, if he's really good for 6.5 million, stating that's he's got 7 figures is understating his net worth by 5.5 million, not exaggerating it by half a million.

For that matter, half a million has got 5 zeros (as in 500,000) and the number you wrote ($500,000,000) is 500 million.

With math skills that poor, I'd be surprised if you questioned any guy about the length of dick he may claim to have, because even if he'd blatantly be lying, you very obviously wouldn't have a clue.

Well thanks for clearing that up, was a blonde moment for sure! You are superior though, this I must realize by the belittling attitude.
