So true.  That reminds me, when they delivered my new, deluxe dishwasher today, Maytag said they'd like to use your advice in their next ad campaign.  I'd told them you'd get back to them.  First, they'd like to know what your slogan or "jingle" would be.

I'd like to help out by getting a preview of it first, if you don't mind.

You people fight on this site an awful lot.  In just like ::one:: week, I've seen like 5 threads with people going at it, and that's either fluke or flaw.  Fluke if I'm seeing just the few that are all about a battle, or flaw if I'm only the 'bad' ones and missing the regular or typical because I only look at 5 or 10 threads in a day.

Some of us actually take things like war, womens choice, brutality, state sponsored torture, global warming, genocide etc serious. People have opinions and they arent always going to match and some people are empassioned about those opinions and ideals. Call it fighting, debating, arguing or whatever, but as the old saying goes :You are either part of the problem, part of the solution of just part of the fucking landscape. There may not be a right or wrong but some may choose to try to be part of the solution. That could become contentious which causes debates/fighting. Thats just life. As to the rest some of us prefer people that are open and honest and dislike situations or people that arent. But then thats also just life I guess.

I agree with you completely, and that was my whole point/reason behind what I typed.  There are all of those *real* issues out there, and don't they make things like internet fights seem...not worthy of your energy?

If there's been more to it than these kinds of squabbles and there's been deeper issues, then just ignore what I'm saying because for all I know it could go far beyond what I've seen.  I'm just putting it out there for anyone reading who engages in the fights over truly trivial issues...it's just not worth the stress or the energy.  I hope you don't read it as a personal point out, that wasn't what I was after, it's a general comment to anyone who reads through the thread.

Hmmmm...How about..."Maytag...sanitizing marital aids since 1893"?

By the way, Maytag has been bought out by some crappy manufacturer.  Don't remember what it is (maybe Whirlpool?), but I know they're not manufacturing to the same standards anymore.

Trust me, a paying membership is no guarantee of that at all.

Had to incorporate a lesson in there, didn't you?  You must be a Dom  lol

I didn't know that actually, I just know I have a Maytag that came with this house when it was purchased.  Only used it twice, then left it alone for 2 years, thought it was...hey wait a minute, I thought it was crap!  Ahh...seems you were right

That is the point and issue. Now go stand in the corner and contemplate your appliances for 30 minutes.

I will admit I woke up in a funk....so maybe I am truly being a Bitch today.

So help Me out.

I have been somewhat annoyed with the T&A ads on Collarme.  I only recently returned after being gone for almost a year.

This site has changed.  I know the site has to be maintained and funds are needed to do so.

But the last straw was when I signed on today and saw BOUND AND BANGED. I feel like I am at a partial porn site!!

I love the community but the ads are really starting to turn Me off. NO PISS ME OFF!

So My fellow Dominants...should I pull the cork out of My ass...or should I be justified in being pissed off about seeing T&A all the time.

It's not like I get to see the men showing off merchandise, or crawling, begging, being tortured.

All I see are young Women half covered and/or exposing themselves.

i never see them; You must be scrolling down.

Btw, from personal experience, I did find stef helpful and haven't seen the rude comments.

There are certainly occasions when I'm less than nice to people here.  I freely admit to having an extremely low tolerance for stupid and lazy people and sometimes those people get a virtual bitchslap.

This isn't to take sides, but to show that she helped a 'newbie' more than once and hasn't made snide comments.  I haven't been here long enough to know, for all I know I just caught her on a day she had a morphine drip and a Bacardi latte so I got special treatment, but it's also equally possible that she just isn't the raving bish the prior comments would make it seem.

She's had a bee in her bonnet over me ever since I dared question one of her bizarre statements in this thread on safewords.  God forbid anyone should ever have a different opinion than her or fail to knuckle under when she starts launching ad-hominem attacks instead of backing up her absurd beliefs.  You can clearly see in that thread, it's pretty much her SOP when she comes up against people who aren't immediately cowed by her "wit" and vitriol.  She's our modern day incarnation of Shakespearean sound and fury, nothing more.

Yeah, it was Whirlpool.  Maytag was never the same after the original Ol' Lonely was replaced by Gordon Jump in the late 80's.  It was all downhill from there.

The guy across the road from me picks his nose while he's sitting on his porch.
Since I thinks that's really gross and have no desire to see him stringing boogers out his nose,
I don't look at him.
Maybe you could try the same thing with that which you don't want to see.
Um.. don't look at it.

Holy crap.  I'm really thankful that I missed that whole string, or else I'd have wiped clean through my really cool collection of barf bags from airlines around the world.

You could just safeword and not use the bags.  From what I hear, the right safeword can stop retroperistalsis and emesis, cure blindness and even reverse male pattern baldness!
