OK, I have forgotten how to take down my pics from CM. I went to edit profile, and delete the profile pic, but what about the two others? I have gotten way over my head with all of this, not thinking things through. How do I take down my pic without taking down my entire profile?

Simply go to edit profile, and down where the pics are there's a drop list that start with main profile pic. Select Additional Pic #, check the delete box, and update.

Good gravy that's a good point about the screen cap software. I forgot to even mention it earlier. It's another reason to be very careful on the net about camming with people. Of course, one needs to also be as careful offline as on, even in Sin City itself. After all, as Jeff Dunham's Walter puppet says, "What happens in Vegas stays on Youtube."

Please be advised that hiding your profile is going to hinder your search efforts,
as no one will even know you exist except for those that read you here on the forum.

I would suggest making your profile available, and instead of using your pictures, use images that
appeal to you, or that say something about you. For example, I think I'm a classy broad,
but instead of using my pictures to show my classy broadness to the world, I use other images.
And DomMeInCt thinks she is a mouse lemur, and lo and behold, she has the cutest picture ever!

And now, men that are truly interested in you will have to earn your trust before you send
them any pictures of yourself! Win Win!

oregongirl - Poise has helped lots of people here with pictures; I'd be totally comfortably getting help from her.

Do get an IM and email address that do not contain identifying information.

My experience has been that men who are overly sexual right off the bat stay that way. If you are looking for a LTR, I suggest hold off camming until you're in one.

kaili - what kind of identifying information, like an IP address? Anyone can create an alias email addy and I have done so myself just for the purpose of corresonding with new people I encounter.

Just have an addy and IM that does not include your first and last name and make sure the text part is blank or anonymous as well; for example: "kalikshama <[email protected]>" as opposed to "My Real Name <[email protected]>"

Also, don't use your kinky addy for facebook or linkedin :)

I haven't read the other replies.

You have started out in the right direction.  When someone asks you to do something you find uncomfortable or "sketchy" say no, block and move on.  It takes time to wade through all the assholes before finding the guy that is right for you.

Just keep going as you are and don't lose faith.

kalikshama: Thanks for that advice....I will double check on on my "kink email addy" to make sure my name is not in next text when it displays. I think I just have my first name, however, I can take that away too. Guess best way would be to send an email to myself to see how it looks, for I do not have myself in my contact list on of the free email clients.
