Even though the facts show otherwise, there's all these people on the internet saying that Trayvon Martin, an innocent kid walking home from the candy store, attacked George Zimmerman as Zimmerman was getting out of his car to check the street sign.

Can the people who believe this fairy-tale explain to me WHY Trayvon Martin would attack George Zimmerman at his SUV, and if this attack happened, why did Zimmerman murder Trayvon Martin a distance away in someone's back yard -- not at the vehicle where the attack occurred?

I cannot reconcile this claim with the facts on the record.

You could have refrained from shitting all over the forum with a thread that adds no new point to the threads already there.

You're also pretending to want an answer to a rhetorical question from people who aren't there to investigate. That's called trolling.

Well, since Zimmerman's ENTIRE ACCOUNT hinges upon this assertion. That he got out of his car to check the street name, and Martin attacked him, you need to, if you want to believe Zimmerman's account, come up with a reasonable accounting for WHY MARTING WOULD DO THAT.

Since you REFUSE TO, we're all just going to put that down as YOU CANNOT. And since you can't. Please take away from this that since Zimmerman's account doesn't match the facts ( If Zimmerman is attacked at his car, how did he deliver the coup-de-grace in a backyard some distance away? ) and you can't even make sense of his claims, that you probably shouldn't be suggesting that he is trustworthy, and that he shouldn't have to explain to a Judge or Jury why Martin is dead.

I think questioning why Martin would attack a stranger, when that stranger uses that as their excuse to gun him down to be more than rhetorical.

What's your problem with asking questions to find out what truth we can in the case where an innocent kid is shot dead walking home from the candy store?

Martin doesn't have a version.

Martin was shot dead while walking home from the candy store.

Zimmerman's story is full of holes, and no-one seems to be able to provide any reasons why those differences between Zimmerman's version and THE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE WE HAVE shouldn't disqualify Zimmerman's testimony as fabricated?

Why are the boy`s SRG rights not protected?


He had as many rights and as much right to live as Zimmerman did.


Yet after chasing the kid down.....the kid`s right to stand HIS ground.........doesn`t count?


Can someone explain how that works.


And after the kid stands his ground as Zimmerman claims,somehow then Zimmerman`s rights to stand his ground are greater than the kid`s and get`s a pass on killing someone?!?


Can someone explain how that works.


Zimmerman was the aggressor....and unless he had a concealed carry permit,had the gun showing and in full view.


Basically this stand your ground law says kill each other and let god sort it out.

I don't think you need a CCW permit in Florida. I do know that if you're carrying a firearm, you're not patroling for Neighborhood Watch.

The kid had more cause to defend himself than the shooter did.Yet Zimmerman walks.Something doesn`t smell right.There`s something missing.

Yeah. The Sanford PD don't think killing a black kid is worth the trouble to consider an actual crime. Is it an institutional thing? Did they get screwed over from the unexpected fallout of doing a favor for Zimmerman's dad? How long will it take the FBI and DOJ to find these answers?

Use your brain. They got into a scuffle because the kid started running making it look even more like he was up to no good. So when Zimmerman finally caught up with him, the kid was already in panic mode. What happens when someone is in panic mode? Just like a wild animal they lash out. This is why Zimmerman ended up fighting for his life. The kid just overreacted and decided he didn't like being followed.

People need to realize that neighborhood watch on duty personnel and private security have a job to do. Their job is to make contact with suspicious people, and if they have no business there, run them off. The cops can't be bothered with every suspicious person especially in towns where they ony have time to investigate crimes, not check out suspicious reports.

Common sense will also tell you that these types of incidents go on all over America everyday. It's just a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and circumstances not always working out peacefully. If these stupid white rednecks, and minority kids with attitudes would learn to respect authority and just cooperate with people, none of these types of incidents would happen.

I'll tell what's really goign on here. Obama is race baiting to make it look like he's always on the black man's side so he can get their vote. You will notice that he never speaks out when ppl of any other race are harmed and every single day in America there is someone including even more white people who are victims of crime of another race.

It's insane ppl can't see what Obama and the race baiters are all about.

Use your brain. They got into a scuffle because Zimmerman started dogging a kid who he'd racially profiled as being up to no good. When Zimmerman finally accosted the kid and began his run-them-off bully-posse routine, the kid stood his own ground. Push came to shove, but that doesn't matter how at this point, because Zimmerman's pursuit was already misdemeanor, bordering on criminal harrassment. Like the rest of his life, Zimmerman the loser wound up losing the fight he picked, so he went into panic mode. What happens when someone is in panic mode? Just like a wild animal they lash out. This is why Zimmerman ended up gunning down an innocent kid in a hoodie, whose only crime was walking-while-black in a gated community.

Yes, you do need a permit to carry in Florida.  Problem is that (obviously) it doesn't take much to get said permit.
