Secondly, are you suggesting that because the Kama Sutra is not "just and exclusive sex manual" that is it an (even more) excellent and comprehensive training reference and that in this capacity it has served couples in this regard for many, many, many centuries? Do you agree this work has a deserved place in a Dominant's library?

Not every D/s relationship has to begin with OWNership. That would be like getting married every first date...

Simply communicate what it is you seek, and I'm sure you'll be able to find the right situation, but you must realize that emotions are the must controllable entity either. As long as you've stated your case and everyone is on the same page then no one gets dragged along blindly.
