[:'(] There is one who has been viewing my profile at least once a week, and sometimes as many as five times a day, for years. He lives in Canada. He wrote to me once a long time ago and I told him I wasn't interested, but he still continues to view my profile regularly. I found out he is doing the same thing to a friend of mine. He must have a thing for Texas Dommes.

[:'(] While I've never done that, I'm not exactly clear on why that would inspire an "ew" response. I would find it flattering to have strangers of either sex consider me attractive enough to figure in their fantasies, so long as they don't try to involve me personally in it against my will. I used to look at my "who's viewing me" but it seemed to consist mainly of men from Texas which made them geographically undesirable. As a fem sub, I'm not interested in a man who views me and then does not write - I assume he's either not interested or not assertive. That link will just have to remain red.

I have profiles that I know I have looked at repeatedly, it might be because I was browsing pictures and they had new pictures, (cuz hidden ones still show up there) or someone that I look at their profile and go, oh, thats why I didnt contact her (but it wasnt enough to make me puke so I didnt hide her), or the most common, of two types: Like the shit out of the person by pictures, but it is a typically female fucked-up profile spoken in female codes that they think guys should get, and they think they are telling you everything out loud, but are not imparting anything resembling information or really who they are. And so what could you say? 'Hey, your profiles really fucked up, and I would like to talk with you, but you are very defensive (rightfully so) and I just cant find anything you got that leads me to belive that you are perching out on the branch waiting to be plucked up by the hawk'. Or number two. Pretty good profile, pretty girl, but journal is sort of bitchy (for good reasons) and there just isnt anything clever I have laying around to say to them that they havent heard 10 thousand times, and nothing to really set me apart from any other slob. Oh, I have tried a few with something completely clever and smart ass, but funny as a motherfucker if you are in for it, but it is often perceived as all that without the funny based on their past experience. So, that is some what for me at any rate, are valid examples of why I would do that, and it isnt a matter of whether or not I am agressive or manly or any other thing, it is a matter of futility, based on my experience in the meat market. Women, whether they will admit it or not, are piss poor at singling the good guys out from the wanks, they dont want to be lied to, but they most often end up with the silver tongued liars and conmen. They; despite their best efforts; are snatched up by decent guys by pure accident and folly, if ever they are, and not by thier own disgression.

So, your joetheplumber anecdote is the synecdoche for the way things be. Agreed, there are those that hit it right off the bat. What is the divorce rate in our society? How many boyfreinds does it take to get there? How many men are in prison for date rapes? How did the BTK killer have any victims? I did not set out to insult your intelligence, but I am not sorry that I did, it serves my point. You have taken umbrage at something based upon a faulty interpretation of what I have said. I really got no dogs in this fight, I so don't give a fuck, it is what it is. Remember, here a stalker may be defined as someone who takes an interest, someone who is looking at your profile repeatedly, as well as some dickweed who is harrassing you thru cmail. Mixed all in with some guy who wasnt clever enough to say something in a cmail that you immediately adored.

Now, I know that women have bad experiences (as they view them) with interactions on the cmail side from assclowns, happens alot. men also have bad experiences with women here and thru cmail, (as they view them), also happens alot, it takes at least one man and one woman (or if you prefer cuz it happens in their world as well, one woman one woman, one man one man, one hermophrodite one hermoprhodite) and all the combinations. Thousands of threads over the millenia of collarme, and in those thousands, how many guys would kvetch for fucking pages about how rotten men are, based on some asshole who is creating profiles to harrass some girl. Hey, world we live in, men are the agressors, the pursuers and not everybody has been to charm school. So, should guys sit and wait for you to dive on us then? So then it goes to some guy is looking at my profile and not writing to me, or some guy sends me a one liner, or some guy said something I didnt like. Well, in many cases we are just regular people (like you) without the savoir faire and unctuous, fatuous vocab to say the right thing at every time or behave according to some rather nebulous stricture that EVEN IN CHURCH, let alone a sexually oriented website in the minds of women seem to be for some aesthetic reason known only to their individual psyches and egos, is worthy of disdain and trammeling mens motives in wholesale. So, I am acceptably socially sorry that I have offended you all, (but not heartily sorry, in that I am not guilty that the chinese are communists) based on some shared angst that women have based on one or two or more past experiences that would imbue every man that acts in any way that confuses you with a stalker or axemurdering potential, or any nefarious intent at all. Me three. Ron, there is so much wrong with your posts here, I don't know where to start. Suffice it to say that I know lots of men who have had stalkers too. It isn't a matter of piss poor judgment. The real problem is that for about the first six months of a relationship, you aren't seeing the real person, you are only seeing their goodwill ambassador. Not sure where youre going with that one Ron - The stalker I had problems with many years ago, was someone that I WASNT in a relationship with. Never was, and never would of been. He was in fact, a fringe-friend of the father of my child. When baby's dada and I split up & he moved away - this "fringe-friend" of his made the decision all on his own that he was going to SAVE me and replace baby's dada. When I told him that wasnt going to happen, HE decided that yes it was, whether I liked it or not. From my experience, most of this stalking, online or offline - stems from the woman REJECTING the man (or vice-versa) Not by making piss-poor decisions on whom they choose to partner with.
