actually, the Dems reneged first, although it was really only a matter of time before one side or the other did it.

Oh please Powerline??? I wouldnt insult you by sourcing to daily Kos. I do think there is a difference between shifting all cuts out of defense which was the entirety of the republican compromise and not letting the Postal service fail doint you? Oh and the Powerline numbers as would be expected from a propaganda site are wrong np we lie you repeat in the emnd we are speaking of 11 billion to prevent the PO from closing and 300 billion in broken promises.... in the meantime the republican house fails to act Republican House refusess to close offices and plants that will save PO bet they dont talk about that on powerline. that's called a do nothing congress. they are working on legislation to undo the sequester which wont pass the senate but is political and failing to work on PO legislation which is governing and not political bs

Did I imply I was a tax cheat ? Sorry about that but I'm not. There are 100 % legal ways to use the thousands of pages tax code to work the stupid freakin system. You want I recommend a good accountant ? As far as I'm concerned, less tax is better.

Okay, if makes you feel better I'll lump you in morally with the draft dodgers of the Vietnam War Era.
Doesn't dilute my point in the least.
And you exhibited intellectual cowardice to try and throw the kitchen sink in to see if anything stuck. That was weak bullshit just like this nonsense of tossing that stupid fucking nothing of an "interview" (??? You call that an interview... Okay well I suppose they'd call it that in the University of Palookaville school of Journalism )

quote:

PS edited to add, though I would agree with Shaun Hannity's editorial viewpoint in general, if he deliberately picked that inept OWS guy to interview as opposed to an intelligent guy to use for his own grandstanding, then I would have to reluctantly say he was a mouthy freakin sneaky little bastard. I'm not brainwashed by any news network, though

BFD - Dope Alert OWS didn't send anybody.
Harry Shultz wasn't some appointee of the group. When I was down at Zuccotti last fall he was handing out pamphlets for the outreach group.
But nobody took a vote and said "Harry, please go do a speaking tour on the talk shows". And no one has seen him around since last fall. Or rather the question going around the lists in the group is "Has anyone seen Harry Shultz at any GAs in the past few months. Guess what? Nobody really knows.
Besides it wasn't exactly a prize fight you're weighing in on. It was the usual "be as fucking rude and in your face as you can and see if they swing back". On that aspect of the interaction, I think the kid held his own. Not responding to a rude nitwit like Sean Hannity is a victory in most intelligent circles.
And really... it isn't obvious to you what the kid is doing going on about three shows in two days? And making statements like "I'd like my own show"... Seriously?

I find FOX to be less boring than most of the others.

Fox = Big Print Books

Draft dodgers are not even close to the same thing as using the tax code to your advantage. Thats a strawmwn.

I didn't say OWS sent the guy. I implied Hannity may have picked him out, but who knows. You can call it a debate if ya want, Hannity vs the guy from the University of Palookaville school of Journalism. Call it what ever you want. "Intellectual cowardice" is just your liberal line of bullshit. I would have rather seen Hannity go up against the OWS big guns. In either case I'm sure OWS guy would still get his head ripped off. You can call Hannity a nitwit if it makes ya feel better....... LMAO at that. "The kid held his own" on any part of that exchange is like saying Einstein is a niwit. LMAO at that too.

And yes come to think of it, FOX seems to sell a whole lot of books, big sellers too.

If calling a spade a spade is a straw-man, then the act of dodging taxes is the whole fucki8ng scarecrow.

You so smart, how does anyone know what the fuck you're talkin about half the time. I'm still not sure what you mean by "big print" but there are a lot of idiots who attend OWS rallies.

To me the greater good of the Republican party is a platform that opposes everything Democratic…Not for the betterment of the nation or the rich for that matter…but just a way to get reelected because this is how they make a living and stroke their egos…This goes for the Democrats as well by the way.

Good. Then this is one parked car you can stop chasing some time soon.

Like you'd know who goes to OWS rallies. I doubt you even show up at Tea Party rallies. Or you'd know from their average size that somebody's pulling your chain about the amount of actual activism vs. TV-side armchair BS.
You'd also know from the production values when they have a significant event that the production values make the grassroots claim of the TP a fucking total farce.
Either way, I've said what I have to say and I'm satisfied. Go ahead and grab that precious 'last word'.
