Christain has some pretty good aftercare. More then a blanket

We need Christian to be posting on this topic, maybe E.L.James will oblige or should we call her Erika Leonard, as a graduate of the University of Kent her writing skills should be better, then what happened to the proof readers, maybe they got to excited.

Badly written Twihard fanfiction

Now , now, badly written, worse than this Masters Illeism , Erika Leonard, as a graduate of the University of Kent was listed this year as one of the top 100 most influential people in the world, but often you do write badly when having a mid life crisis...................................????

That's a very silly statement - I, OsideGirl, the other women in the link I provided, plus your own sub all found the book to be lacking.

As Harlequin sells more than 4 books per second, I am not surprised that there is an audience for this BDSM romance, but that audience is less likely to include those of us who appreciate good writing and are currently receiving good BDSM.

Correction, some ***vanilla*** women are fans; experienced subs not so much: http://www.collarchat.com/m_4060970/mpage_1/tm.htm

I just read it.

I would classify it as more 'vanilla' than 'kinky'. It whiled away an hour or so, but it wasn't exactly representative of bdsm...more 'kinky fuckery', as the characters call it.

Tedious, predictable, silly nonsense. Mills and Boon romance, with a bit more sex. Nothing special.

Not sure, many are so curious

One thing for sure Erika Leonard is one happy woman.

Good for you, so what you have to say we can take notice of, many are critical and not even seen the book ...........???

Or e-copy...........??

mnottertail -> RE: SUB DROP (6/8/2012 9:05:19 AM)

If a sub drops far enough you got one GONORRHOEA

E.L.James selling one book a second, selling a lot of graphic sex, movie rights sold for US$45 million, yes the author has hit the jackpot.

This book will certainly appeal to all subs, it is pleasing that all women show their fascination, badly written yes, this Master is accused of the same trait, badly written English from our motherland as indeed so is E.L.James who resides in Western London, and was savvy enough to find Russell Perreault in New York, and make her fortune, bless her.

I think we have a case of dom-drop here, where ray was dropped on his head as a child. Repeatedly.

Someone making money off drivel is not a reflection of its quality, nor of its appeal.

LMFAO indeed not. Many British newspapers have been demonstrating that for many years ;)

Though I have to admit some peoples idea of aftercare consists of nothing more than wrapping the sub in a blanket.

Yep perfect for me, a blanket and a drink of something with sugar in, cola or sweet tea and leave me to process is exactly what I tend to need as i come back to reality

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: SUB DROP (6/8/2012 10:54:45 AM)

Fast Reply: Sub drop wasn't really a problem for me. Top drop, on the other hand; that was a 3 day nap.

I'm really not even joking. Well, mostly not joking. Topping, for me, is extremely energizing. Almost like a high.
I once joked about my channeling empathically, the bottoms sensations. A real high, then WHAM. I wouldn't call it a drop
so much as a heart wrenching plummet 10 miles back to reality.

That was on topic? Right? I really need to read all the way through these threads before posting to them.

amaidiamond -> RE: SUB DROP (6/8/2012 10:58:42 AM)

Nope Top Drop can be just as bad I think and sometimes neglected as everyone always thinks of the poor s types...

frazzle -> RE: SUB DROP (6/8/2012 11:53:18 AM)

I wouldnt bother reading it all Wimsome, its just way too painful, and im a masochist.[:D]

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: SUB DROP (6/8/2012 1:41:42 PM)

Nah, I couldn't make it all the way through the origional post - reading 7 pages? Not going to happen. I'm at the "SQUIRREL" bottomed out level of my attention span, these days....

Its a bit like the story line then, 50 shades of grey.............?

This is good, but not all women are the same and subspace goes to different levels and highs.

this is a good post and so on topic it is unbelievable.
