To be honest, my subdrop lasts for about two days because the chemicals in my system are still dropping, hormones are going wild and I become more emotional and so does he so for us we make sure we're both there for each other even more than usual for a couple of days.

Status: offline 		I allways make sure there is at least two bottles of water available before I do any kind of scene. I also make it a point not to do anything with anyone who has been drinking. It's a pet peeve of mine. It's served me well so far.

If i'm doing a lot of rope work and rigging suspension that can be exhausting, also flogging or cropping for long periods of time, using a single tail for an extended period of time. Mostly, the sex afterwards is what wears me out. Unless it's at a play party and I'm just having fun with a local I usually take it pretty easy then. Depends though, I've had some intense scenes with some locals in the past. Either way, I want my massage or there will be consequences and repercusions!

All of my relationship sluts in the past have been pretty low maintenence. Mostly they just wanted cuddling and for me to kiss the tears away. I think the most extensive was after a pretty intense sensory dep scene we spent a few hours in the sack spooning.

Status: offline 		Stuff like needles and cutting, I definitely want the water there.  I think those are the two types that have reaffirmed wanting the water there from the beginning.  From just My playing, I find there are more times where the bottom may have decision changes on their endurance level.  Sometimes, even just having that sip of water available and talking with them on their breathing for a minute or two can make the difference in how far they are going to go.

I have seen it done, I'm sure the excitement is intense for both parties, wich is why you want all the important safety precations readily available if there is an issue. I get that. And I absolutely agree, that you can push a bottom further very often with a few choice words and some dialogue. Water deffinitely helps, sometimes an adjustment here or there, perhaps because of circulation issues or a cramp can also make a difference. There's a lot that goes into the care of our horny little fuck meat and thier desires to be used in all the depraved ways we come up with. It's our responsibility to keep them in good condition so we can continue to bend them to our villianous desires. All to often I see people rushing to the notion that the subs are the ones doing all the work. The naievety.

It's different too, playing in public v. Playing at home. At home, I (okay, WE) can luxuriate, have a bath, a nap, whatever. Hopefully lots of whatever. And sammiches.

At a party, I start with whatever I will need. My late beloved friend always needed a protein snack after, so I made sure there was a plate stashed, that kind of thing.

Hib, I agree with you, too.  Home is completely different.  Most casual play partners do not come to My home unless they are also friends or have some kind of attachment that is over and above the average play partner.  At home, I have access to everything and it is only a matter of asking for it, even at the last minute.

I'm even cool with knowing ahead of time, like you did with the protein bars.  I used to have certain play partners that I knew were diabetic.  I *always* packed them some sugar free candy and I was glad to do it.  Whether I had planned to play with them that night or not, it was there.  (I'm the just in case Queen, in case you haven't noticed.)  Knowing ahead of time allows Me to be prepared.

I hope I'm not giving the wrong vibe here.  There are occasions where a bottom is going to get thrown for a twist, have a different reaction because they went into deeper space than ever before or whatever.  That's not the majority of the time.

In public I always bring a mini lemonade....I wrap up in the blanket I always bring, stuff my feet into my slippers and wander off to smoke and drink my lemonade. I need those 10 minutes to put my head back together and then I can go clean up. If someone is waiting for the piece we played on, Mr will do the clean up. He packs the bag all wrong but I don't care, I'll fix it later LOL. I <never> let him follow me out while I'm smoking...I need those few minutes alone without talking or thinking or anything but my drink and my cigarette.

At home...I need a nap. Leave me alone and let me sleep.

Mr brings me to some pretty delighfully dark places when we play, especially if there is sex involved...I like to linger there for awhile without having to come back to normality. Don't cuddle me, in fact, don't touch me afterward, that will make me cry. I hate losing control and crying...even with Mr. Don't ask me to think, it won't work, my brain goes into neutral.

If a Top needs aftercare from me, depending on what it is She needs I <may> be able to provide it..if it's a massage the next day I'll bring a spa gift certificate :)
