I have, on occasion, felt more like a strange, German personal trainer than a Dom.

When I had a basement dungeon, I wore out two treadmills before switching to a stationary bike.

I've worked with a lot of oversized subs and my eating and workout regimes are a popular part of the experience. A former plaything calls her weekend visits her "trip to the spa" (I do offer some interesting exfoliating techniques).

I'm not at all fond of skinny girls, but energy levels and endurance do increase with a daily workout and less crap food.

Really? By somebody risking their job you feel like a different nationality - one you possibly know very little about...

How about doing it right and getting some real qualifications as a fitness trainer, I'm not a sub, nor unfit or oversized, but if I was, I would be rather interested in which qualifications the person putting me through some regime has, but then again, like LP, if it would be my hide on the line, you'd better have your ducks in a row before I would let you anywhere near me.

FR... Not something I would be able to do. I think I'm finding less and less I'm willing to give up control over these days.

Master is this way as well. He'll go a day or two without even eating because he'll be so wrapped up in things that he forgets to eat. The problem then the next day is that when he does finally eat, he's sick from eating because his system I guess goes into some kind of shock. lol

I have almost the same condition; if I don't eat for too long I get nauseous at the thought of eating. Which leads to a longer time without eating which leads to being even more nauseous.

My last sub actually stole my phone one day and set an alarm to remind me to eat if I haven't.

As for controlling food intake: I generally do all the cooking unless I'm sick. I usually have to make sure she doesn't eat too much because I:

a) am really good cook.
b) come from a large family so I accidentally make too much food.
c) sometimes have a tendency to feed girls out of my hand. Because it's sexy.

Oh man, I can definitely empathize with that, I am sort of the same way... On the spectrum of how hungry I am it gets to a point where I stop feeling hungry and start feeling nauseous (worst feeling!) and the thought of eating becomes so unappealing... The only cure is to figure out what food I don't feel nauseated by the thought of eating, and that can be difficult. Even more unfortunate is when that food is unavailable!

I was wondering what's up with this as well. Is it a mind fuck or your true MO?

I get this way as well, and on top of that, I have a stomach ulcer which can burn like the dickens if there's no food in there. I actually have forgotten to eat before and ended up curled in a ball clutching my stomach for 10 mins straight.

I have put on extra weight the last year or so and My wife/owner decided that I would be put on a diet,
as I cook all the meals she has instructed me to cook one and half portions, she is served the full portion and I get the half portion,
but I am only allowed to eat this when she has eaten her meal and I have all clean up in the kitchen, by that time it is cold and sogy and the enjoyment has gone out of it.
Each day I must do 50 skips with a skipping rope wearing only my open bottom corslette and stockings without any panties, she love this and my bits are bouncing around she is in stiches laughing.
Afterwards if I am not fast enough she uses the rope to beat me on the ass.
Over the last few months, I have lost weight and feel a lot better for it, my wife said that when I get to the correct weight she will allow me full portion meals but they will remain cold and sogy.

Thank you
Slave Ron.
