Neither. It just indicates the following:
The majority of the forums posters are women. You'll notice that on both threads, most of the posts were made by women. More women have opinions about what makes a man ugly than what makes a woman ugly -AND/OR- women are less likely to criticise their own sex -AND/OR- men are less to criticise women's appearance when they know women make up the majority of posters here.
...As well as the fact that women just talk more. There was much more off topic banter on the ugly men thread than on the ugly women thread, so it's not accurate to use the number of posts to prove that women are more opinionated on the subject. I went back to look, and roughly half the responses on the ugly men thread (at least through the first couple of pages) were off topic. Which doesn't prove anything more than women like to talk.
