Will somebody please point out exactly where in the report, Fox News gets out the noose and demands the lynching of Gabby Douglass for treason????

The Fox story did not, at any point, question the patriotism of a 16 year old Gymnast... they did however criticizer the fashion choices of the U.S. Olympic Committee.

In 1984 the Americans were going to wear state of the art fabric in their track and field uniforms... problem was, the fabric at the time only came in one color....gray. A few groups got their panties in a bunch because "HOW COULD THE US WEAR CONFEDERATE GRAY???" And the uni's were scrapped even though that same polyester is now used in all fields of sport.

Well... at least the U.S.O.C. got past that this Olympics! Confederate Gray seems to be all the rage on the Medal Stand.

(for those who care to check them out... US marathoners were allowed to wear the scrapped designed... if you Google Joan Benoit 1984, you can see the horrific CSA inspired kit on the winner.)


(for those of you who care... a few athletes were able to use the scrapped

The truth doesn't really matter when you are bashing Fox. After all they do a lot of really stupid things so what difference does it make if they really did this or not. As long as someone out there believes the lie, it's all good.
