When you go with budget items you need to be more careful about what is being used more forcibly than designed or for insertion when not designed for that. Also, avoid long-term exposure to MacGyvers. But here are some ideas, mostly compiled from looking around the room: Electrical tape is cheaper bondage tape. Most rubber coated wires make decent single tails. Clothespins, as mentioned above, are great. Tie a string through them so a line of them can be snapped off in one agonizingly refreshing tug. There are a few ideas for hoods, but I'm afraid that my advice will end in asphyxiation, so we'll skip those. Arrow and golf club shafts can be bought fairly cheap, and are probably better than $0.75 decorative bamboo rods. Ice. Athletic mouth guards make decent gags. Duct tape. Gorilla tape if you want to make sure all the hair comes off with it. The kitchen, like Lady Hibiscus was saying, is full of fun tactile toys: Pastry wheels and wooden spoons come to mind. Rope is cheap and the education to make it sexy and powerful can be free. A must-do for the impoverished and wealthy alike. Some people like zip ties, but I find them very dangerous. They're ok if they aren't touching your body, like to bind a cuff to a bedpost. A zip tie is NOT an acceptable cock ring.
