I usually offered coffee and conversation, because the profiles often don't give enough to go on for anything else. Didn't take more than the available candidates to realize that was a dumb strategy. After all, a million other guys have already given them the strong impression that I mean something other than to find out more about them while having a good time in a social sense. Which is why I say I've a greater vested interest in getting them out of the pool than the ladies do, as I'm the one that has to swim through their droppings.
