.....................In short, Romney is losing. Romney knows it. Why don't his supporters on this board know it?

I wondered if that's why he stood down the weekend after the RN Convention? I'm not writing him off, I think it'll be extremely close.

How are women not claiming their personal responsibilities, exactly?

I was in Green Bay last week when Biden was up there. The Milwaukee paper said 1000 were there. Closer to 100 and I'm not kidding.

Your post have been found to be more than a little disingenuous in the past why should this one be any different?

If the Republicans could have used 6+ years of searching to find someone who wasnt:

A: A crazy old man

B: A brainless Bible beater

C: A notorious flip flopper

This fucking election would be IN.......THE....BAG

So you feel that obama would win no matter what?

And women intend to keep it that way.

Amen, Sistah!!

And under no circumstances should women even RISK having to wear mormon fundies! I say after we get the tax returns, we demand Ann Romney strip on live television.

Perhaps he got turned around and was at a Scott Walker speech.

I feel that if the Republicans would have used those 6 years to find someone worth squat, they would win easily. It's almost like they're trying to lose. In addition, it looks like they will lose handily.

Why... they have made banning abortions part of their platform... but women should just ignore it, cos its in the constitution, against life and liberty, HAH....Ya right
Ignoring it is NOT gonna happen, and neither should it. Its not like you can trust actually trust a fundie republican! And there is SO many of them

Yeah. It's always in the platform, and they always fail to do it. Being a pro-choice Republican is no different than being a gun-nut Democrat. We know it ain't gonna happen, and don't get worked up about it.

You mean there have been 90 bills passed limiting gun rights in less than a year???
or even attempting to ban guns/bullets/???
PLEASE dont make me laugh

subrob1967 -> RE: The thrill is gone (9/11/2012 12:01:26 PM)

Obama is losing independents, he's losing the youth vote, and he's losing males.

He needed all three of those groups to beat McCain.

Romney may suck, he may flip flop, but he does have one minor thing going for him... He's not Obama, and wasn't in charge over the last three years.

mnottertail -> RE: The thrill is gone (9/11/2012 12:02:55 PM)

Obama is gaining republicans, he's gaining the senior vote, and he's gaining women.

Sure he is... Ok I'll give you the women vote, but are the sluts who vote going to close their legs long enough to actually go vote?

Lucylastic -> RE: The thrill is gone (9/11/2012 12:54:50 PM)

Plenty of time in "recovery time", when the asshole is asleep to get a vote in[:D]

They have a plethora of time on their hands to vote, those sluts, because they are no longer giving it away with both hands to the republicans.

Maybe he means there are no actual pro-choice republicans. Given historically correct circumstances you offer in contrast.

Romney is even losing southern whites.

What the fuck kind of Republican can't even get southern whites to vote for him?[8|]

I guess that must be different huh

What fear have you been force fed about abortion, contraception and the ACA over the past 18 months?

If you are only going to be using it to prevent pregnancy, or to get a rise so he can have sex, I'm not supportive of that being forced onto the insurance company.

I can think of many reasons why a Doctor would tell a woman.. do NOT get pregnant. Does that mean she has to stop having sex because her insurance company wont cover the medication needed?

So, you're telling me that the only way to not get pregnant while still having sex is through insurance-provided contraception?!?!?

The right to control your body and fertility, eh? How is that being stripped away from you? I can see your opposition to Pro-Life stemming from your "let me control my body" right. But, do you honestly think Roe v. Wade is going to be overturned? That Republicans are going to be capable of eradicating abortion from the menu of medical procedures?

Mississippi may be the fattest state in the country. And it may be among the least educated and have provided the backdrop to some of the country's most heinous displays of racism.
And you can dismiss its lawmakers as just a bunch of dumb, backwoods hicks if you think that makes for good humor in other parts of the country. But then consider this: It's possible its legislature has cannily unlocked a way to make abortion illegal without having to overturn Roe v. Wade.
The state has instituted a series of unreasonable regulations for doctors who perform abortions. Using a practice very similar to the kind of bottlenecking that was done to suppress black votes during the Jim Crow era, Mississippi has systematically squeezed the number of abortion clinics in the state down to just one.

http://articles.cnn.com/2012-07-11/opinion/opinion_granderson-mississippi-abortion_1_number-of-abortion-clinics-fattest-state-planned-parenthood
I think its IS possible without having to touch Roe.

That is a State complaint, not a Federal one. Can you honestly see that happening on a Federal level? Honestly?
