but I assume that maybe perhaps it might be that it could be that, people could actually look this trivial shit up instead of perhapsing it to death. And basing long and troubled meaningless posts on their mightawouldashouldas.

Not the same info tazzy linked to, but quite telling. Care to explain how Santorum doesn't qualify as a PA resident?

Are you saying that the residency requirements for the homestead exemption are the same as those for residency in PA? Is it possible that one could be a resident of PA but not meet the requirements for the homestead exemption?

Yeah, I dont know what sinister shit this 'telling' ocd you got is, but here is the telling of it:

I ain't tazzy, she posted here links, we have never met, I am pointing out that the ARE YOU SAYING asswipe and the maybe asswipe and the pedantic and disingenuous confusion question mark impugnments are just that fucking asswipe.

Here is something TELLING:

lol.. no.. I posted the residency requirements... he was found lacking residency which is a requirement for the homestead exemption.

The state found him lacking the residency requirements.  Got it?  Show over.

If you dont live in PA, you are not a resident of PA, if you dont live in the home, as your primary domicile, according to the state,  you are not entitled to homesteading, it seems straightforward enough.

If you are Rick Santorum that claims homesteading taxes (non-homestead are about triple homestead here) and you dont live in the fucking shitbox, let alone the fucking state, it would seem that Rick is talking trash somewhere down the line, seems pretty fucking straightforward there too, not a conundrum of several pages.

Hey, maybe this fuckin guy was the one in Willards boys basement, who fuckin knows? But he didnt homestead at that house in PA.

INNIT?

So, anyone who owns a home in PA, and lives there for at least 30 days/year, can claim a Homestead Exemption for tax purposes. Got it now.

How many days did Santorum spend in his PA home?

What was the basis for denying his residency claim?

well really you shouldn't have had to, you should know enough about history, archeology, geology, cosmology or biology to get how bad your answer is.

Huh. Interesting. I have yet to see any questions related to the age of the earth in my undergraduate studies and my post-graduate studies. I find that odd.

So what pray tell is your BS in?

That matters not.

Of course it matters, you don't actually know enough about biology to notice that the problems you have mentioned are with creationist strawmen and not actual biology.

you've claimed to know something about something....well great what is it so I can try and explain why the idea that the earth came into being 7,000 years ago is idiotic in terms that you'll be familiar with?

It does not get any better than this......

"Speaking Saturday at the Values Voters Summit, Rick Santorum said that “smart people” would never side with conservatives."

Just remember that when you support the GOP on this or any other side... This is what they think of YOU..or at least one of the people who was running to be the GOP candidate

here is the clip of him speaking

www.rightwingwatch.org/content/santorum-we-will-never-have-elite-smart-people-our-side

Oh my. Points for honesty, I suppose.

Interesting that Santorum places his faith in the church and family.

Church: I wonder what Santorum makes of his own denomination's statements on the budget?

Family: As Barbara Ehrenreich pointed out, the family is about the most socialistic institution around. Wealth is constantly redistributed from those who earn it to those who need it.

The basis was because he wasnt a resident.

Hmmm.... what disqualified him from resident status?

So, you are comfortable in stating that he isn't a resident of PA, but you don't know why. I'm fine with that.

Now that's out of the way, where do you get the idea that Santorum is anti-public education?

I do know why.

I can only suggest you read the thread again. No matter how much people "show" you, you dont wish to comprehend, instead enjoying the little word games.

The links you gave had no direct proof. The one lady who lives nearby claims to never having seen him there (or something like that), but that isn't proof.

You linked and quoted 3 criteria that have to be met for someone to not meet the residency requirement.

Answering a question as to why he wasn't considered a resident by saying he isn't a resident is not actually answering the question.

What else did you want me to read? All his taxes were paid. Maybe not on time, but that's not listed as being a criteria for maintaining residency.

You can go right on and play your games. You have not answered the questions I've asked. And, you've successfully made a side discussion of his residency, which you have yet to show how it has anything to do with his anti-education stance.

Game on!

What the fuck is the proof shit about, he didnt get the homestead exemption as judged by the state, and I dont see him taking it to the supreme court, so he must be fine with that bit of lying he got caught in.   Hey, do you have actual proof that Lincoln was shot in the fuckin head?  Or are we gonna take some bullshit doctors opinion nobody ever heard of on the issue?

Have you shown that the residency requirement for the Homestead Exemption is the exact same one used to determine PA residency?

If they aren't the same (and I'm not saying they are or they aren't), then not qualifying for the Homestead Exemption doesn't mean he isn't a PA resident.

If they are the same, then Santorum isn't a resident and may be guilty of failure to pay taxes.

Lincoln wasn't shot in the head. He was killed in a sneak attack while fighting off the zombie hordes.
