I would also like to know how Zimmerman finger prints got on the bag of skittles in Martin pocket and how with what Zimmerman states managed to get his arms aound Matin waist?

What was Zimmerman doing when he talks about how baddly he being beaten? Just lay there, arms streched out and do nothing?

Says his jacket opened, the holster was exposed to view, Martin reached for it.

Zimmerman has a history of violence, including assault on a law enforcement officer, a know liar, malipulator, extort money from co-workers, allegations of sexual abuse etc.

Probably irrelevent and inadmissible.

Just your unsupported theory.

maybe he fell forward after he was shot and Z squirmed out from underneath?
What significance do you see, Taz?

Says his jacket opened, the holster was exposed to view, Martin reached for it. In the video made of his walk-through the next day he claimed that his shirt rode up as he was trying to slide off the sidewalk and that is when Martin saw the gun. But neither your "jacket" version nor Zimmerman's shirt sliding up version makes much sense since Martins's knee and calf would have been covering that area if he was astride Zimmerman, as claimed. Also, it was very dark that night. With Martin supposidly concentrating on "bashing" Zimmerman's head, beating on his face, and smothering him, he also had time to look down, see in the darkness, through his knee, and recognize a gun? Wanna buy a bridge?

Probably irrelevent and inadmissible. I don't know if he was under the influence of either or both of the two drugs he had a prescription for, but either of them has possible side effects of increased aggression and could be a factor in his behavior that night. Combine that with his history of aggressive behavior and it could be a factor to be considered, since someone that is under the influence of those drugs should probably NOT be carrying a firearm even if he did have a permit. Also, it has been shown multiple times that what he says cannot be taken at face value and has a direct bearing on his credibility and how much of his account of what happened that night can be believed.

150 lbs.... 5-11... falls on top of you.. and you are going to wiggle out?

I see one of three things....

1... he falls forward, and the one beneath pushes him side ways to get out.

2.... the shot pushes Martin off backwards

3.... Martin falls sideways.

I just dont see how its possible for Martin to be face down

Does not answer the question. Zimmerman has several accounts, that include stating Martin did grab the gun. Also in Osterman book, claiming this is what Zimmerman told him that Zimmerman and Martin both had their hands on the gun fighting for it. Osterman has been suspeoned by the State to testify.

Assaulting a police officer is a matter of record and was used in his bail hearings, so his him being a lair.

Not unspported the Investigator thought the same thing.

If Martin being shot fell forward there would be blood on Zimmerman jacket front, there wasn't. In fact Zimmerman claims Martin fell backwards. Fact people fainting, injured etc, will fall forward.

Nah, as little as the wound bled, there's no reason to assume blood would end up on Zimmerman.

http://www.bob-owens.com/2012/06/simple-answers-to-stupid-questions-why-didnt-trayvon-bleed-on-zimmerman/

"The odds of any blood seeping out of Trayvon’s singular .355″ wound, soaking through two sweatshirts and falling on Zimmerman is remote, even if we assume Trayvon didn’t move or wasn’t moved after the shot. Odds are, however, that he either got up or fell over after the shot. Trayvon could have gotten up and walked several steps before pitching over onto his face, or he could have merely pitched forward off of Zimmerman at an angle. We really don’t know, and may never know that detail, but it is rather inconsequential."

A few things to consider.

We now know that Martin DNA is not on the gun and holster, so dispite claims by Zimmerman and company.

Actually the only thing we know for sure is that Martin's DNA was excluded from the GRIP of the gun. The rest was inconclusive.

quote:

The medical report of Martin showed that beside the gun wound only a small scrach on Martin left ring finger no burise on the hands, knuckle no blood belong to Zimmerman, nothing under the finger nails nothing.

The only thing tested on Martin's hands for DNA was scrapings from under one fingernail on each hand, so we don't know how much of Zimmerman's blood was on Martin's knuckles, etc.

quote:

In fact the only witness who claimed to have seen Martin on top of Zimmerman giving martial arts plows NOW states he does not know who was on top of who and that the person on top was only trying to keep the other person hands pinned.

Untrue. He always stayed consistent that Martin was on top and Zimmerman on bottom; that's never changed. Also he still said that it looked like to him that Martin was hitting George. (Even in his "changed" statement, he used the words "Bam, bam, bam, that's what it looked like.")

And it's quite normal that if something heavy is on top of you and you push it sideways, that the side facing down will remain facing down after you push it off.

There really is nothing odd about Trayvon ending up face down.

And that investigator admitted to the FBI that he didn't think there was evidence to even charge Zimmerman, but was being pressured into making an arrest.

LOL.. yes there is. You try it with your friends.... if you push something heavy sideways, it will fall either on its side, or tumble to its back.. its not going go land face down.

Nope, no reason to assume that at all. The only reason that something heavy would tip is if you exert enough force on one side of it enough to tip it's center of gravity. The efficient way (less force required) to move something sideways would be to just shift it sideways with the object/body keeping it's same orientation.

Quite normal ? How many dead bodies have you pushed off yourself then ?

Have any evidence that basic concepts such as mass, center of gravity, friction, leverage, etc applies differently to a body once dead?

I dunno, a bullet going through the heart seems like it would make it quite normal that he be dead.

Center of gravity and the twisting motion, coupled with the push from Zimmerman towards one side.

To make it like you stated it, he would have had to lift Martin's body completely and set him down on the ground.

Never seen a wrestling match?

Well, he might have pushed Martin aside while he was falling forward.

So, how does this alter Zimmerman's claim that he fired in fear for his life????
