If Trayvon hadn't turned around to the T intersection after George ceased following at dispatcher's advice, this would all be a moot point.

According to the recording, it does. George started following when Trayvon ... now make sure you read this part.... ran.

George would not have needed to follow him if Trayvon was running towards him.

If George was still where he told the dispatcher where he was, he wouldnt have needed to tell them to have the police call him when they arrived to tell them where he was.

Your logic here is extremely flawed.

George had already told the dispatcher where he was. They told him he wasnt needed to follow. He did, moving far enough away from his truck that the police would not see him.

He was not at the truck when advised not to follow.

And legally it has no relevance. George was under no obligation at all to stay at the truck.

I've never disputed that George got out of the truck and followed him at first. Kindly don't argue as if I have; that's dishonest on your part.

That moment is not contemporaneous with the encounter, and thus has no legal relevance though. The part at issue is did he continue following AFTER being advised not to.

Evidence points to "No."

That evidence is in the 911 transcripts.

He was referring to the same instance of running, indicating he no longer had sight of Trayvon.

Edit: Then I continued reading past the part where it seemed to imply Zimmerman stayed 30 seconds behind Martin and get to the end, where he writes:

"Martin had over two minutes to reach Green residence. Why didn’t he go there? This suggests strongly that Martin did not go to the Green residence, but instead hid somewhere, waiting for Zimmerman, and then confronted Zimmerman. Martin spoke first to Zimmerman, not the other way around. I think Martin approached Zimmerman’s car from the direction of the clubhouse, passed the car and then bolted. Martin then rounded the corner and hid. Zimmerman pursued until being asked to stop but lost Martin. As Zimmerman turned to head back to his car, Martin came out of hiding and confronted Zimmerman. The rest is history."

Yes there's a medical report diagnosing a broken nose and mentioning his two black eyes. Here's also a summary of the EMT's testimonies:

O’Rourke

Treated him in back of patrol car
one or two lacerations on back of head
what looked like a fractured nose
he cleaned the blood off his head and face
he was covered in a significant amount of blood
it took a while to clean him up
he’d say 45% of his head was covered in blood
there was blood on his cheeks and back in head

Brandy

abrasions on face
a cut on the back of his head
he told an officer he would need to go to hospital and get stitches
officer said ok, he asked if cops would take him or they (EMTs) should, cop said cops would take him
He had a definite laceration to the back of the head
It was pretty big, at least an inch by a half inch wide
There were abrasions on forehead, cheeks and face, his nose was swollen
There was one big cut on the back of his head, it was straight up and down
He had blood on his arms and his hands, they used peroxide to clean him up and wash his hands

Livingstone

He had blood on his face, and what looked like a broken nose
There were two small (one inch) lacerations on the back of his head
One looked deeper than other
They cleaned them so they would stop bleeding
Police asked if he needed to go by ambulance. They told cops he looks like he has a broken nose, may need a stitch or two. After discussion, police told them they would take him and see if he needs stitches
GZ complained to her about his injuries, said he was dizzy
When she was trying to get dried blood off she had to push a little harder, and he said it hurt. He also said his nose hurt.
