Ha! Thats funny! I thought about that when I posted but figured I didn't really give a crap what anyone thought as far as that went so I did it anyway. ;) I figure as long as my mission was accomplished the rest is just stuff and circumstance.
But I can't help but wonder....
Might u have some trust issues? I could start a thread for ya friend... Lol sorry couldn't help it :)

There's a line that I use on friends going through this sort of "I know it's for the best, but... (I wish I could help him)" thing

"A relationship needs both people to work on it, it can't just be you all the way. I know he would have been the perfect guy for you if it weren't for (insert tragic flaw) but if you just keep forgiving him for it he will never be able to take responsibility for himself and get better and this is something only he can do for himself. You're not giving up, you're just stepping away to give him the space he needs to become the guy you need. I have no doubt that when he gets there he will call you and the two of you will live happily ever after."

I lie.

But sometimes, that's what gets us through the day.

Thats a really good approach. And I think you are right sometimes it's what it takes.

Really? I've been told that's rather sociopathic :p (at which point I retorted "well maybe if you stopped enrolling people into this course without a psych eval you wouldn't have this problem"... the lecturer was not amused.)

Lmao! You are such a crack up!
Never said I wasn't 9 kinds of *ucked up either...might have flunked my psych eval...took the test from a pretty white room with fluffy walls and a wonderful jacket that gave me hugs! It was quite lovely...I just love hugs! Lol
