Actually, what I always found odd was people that use "fluffy" pictures as their photo....like a rose, or a wolf or a collar with poetry all over it. Blech.

I'll just add that when it comes to dicks, almost all men have one.
My experience is that while there is a lot of wonderful variety out there, something like 90 percent of them are perfectly nice.
I've never understood the need to be outrageously proud of yours, but I'm pretty okay with that.
However...a pic of it ain't gonna send me swooning, guys. Trust me on that one.

Neither is a pic of your ex's reddened butt.

Ya, she reminded me of something I thought of the other day when I saw a new gay guy's avatar.

Assholes, we allllllllllllllllllllllllllll have one. I have yet to see one that I think is beautiful or sexy. In fact, an asshole, in and of itself, is a rather unattractive thing. An asshole with something either sliding in, or out of, it.....is just gross. Now, don't get me wrong, I have been known to very much enjoy assholes (the literal sort.....well poking sharp sticks at the other sort is quite a lot of fun as well but that is another bucket of assholes...) but I do NOT and will not EVER enjoy photos of assholes. Either literally or figuratively.

This is kind of my point. (Sorry--acknowledged thread drift.) Men, at 15, want sex and entertainment. We are conditioned (even before 15) to believe that we will have unlimited access to sex once we get married, and that we will be allowed to indulge in entertainment as much as we want (outside of work) once we are adults and can legally make decisions for ourselves.

Imagine our surprise when marriage/LTR does not translate to "unlimited access to partner-assisted orgasms."

Likewise, women are surprised by the sheer volume of sex men actually want. Quantity over quality. And the fact that men, finding an affordable entertainment delivery system (PS3, sports on TV, whatever else guys do) will indulge in it almost nonstop, like a rat in a Skinner box hitting button for cocaine pellets.

If our culture was more honest, this dissonance would not occur. If both men and women understood each other's expectation for partnership, we might be more suited to it (although, to be honest, we are all pretty much inundated by women's expectations --marriage, house, kids-- through all pop culture media, while nobody seems to want to admit what men want).

As to intelligence, Jan-- I could do calculus in my head at 15. It was a nimble, grasping brain, soaking up knowledge even by accident. Decades of calcification and effort later, I am happy not to forget where I left my car keys. If you are looking for intelligent men, your local high schools might not be a bad place to start.

You may have meant "maturity" or "wisdom." To which, I'd like to show you these men in their 40s and 50s, who have purchased sports cars and 20-something girls, at far greater expense than their value...

That's because men want a playboy bunny (outfit and all) serving them cocktails and paying 2/3 of the bills while they mash on game consoles and sip caffeine and alcohol until they pass out and woke up said bunny live porn. Totally unrealistic, according to the greater vanilla public, and slightly embarrassing to admit.

Serious now, though, marriage house and kids are not "women's expectations". They are societal expectations on family units that men who are not yet under the compulsion delight in blaming on their women.

Women's expectations are affection, respect and honour. You could go as far as to say it's the same as men's expectations, we just have different ranges of interest and expression.

Its called a midlife crisis - Its a pretty standard norm - I havent met a man around those ages that hasnt had one. They freak out.
