I read them. A friend bought them and loaned them to me after he was done. (My breathing didnt hitch too much during the pages of murmuring. Sometimes I smiled but sometimes my smile didnt reach my eyes, some times my mouth was in a thin line. I liked the way the pants hung off his hips that way.)

The author is from England writing as a native North American which was fun to 'bust' her faux pas. There were many but hey, who cares. The author is stunningly rich now. It reads like she had fun writing it, her joy of authoring a buncha books shines through.

As far as how realistic it is to the BDSM thing goes, I would say it wasnt very informed but I did like some of the dynamics they shared. I wish it was a little grittier, not so perfect. That would be a different book I guess and I would like to read that one if anyone is up to the challenge.

There was branding going on through out it, as a marketing idea well done! I wouldnt want to do it the way she did but she did do it and no matter how many people say how badly it is written at least she wrote it!
