i don't have a complaint or anything. i just wonder why there isn't a place where people can discuss not-so-positive experiences. the FAQ section said something about not being able to verify whether things are true or not, which is fair. but still, seems like it would be more balanced to have a place where people can discuss the other side of the coin. just curious.

You can certainly post about negative experiences but you have to leave user names out of it.

I would even suggest (nay, I KNOW) that there have been one or two "negative experiences" posts that don't name the "offender".

It's one of those things where it isn't fair to just have one side of the story since there's rarely any evidence of these things and, at best, they devolve into "he-said/she-said" matches.

thanks for the reply. i've certainly seen some threads like that, but i noticed that there wasn't a specific section devoted to it. that's what i mean.

I'd suggest the "I admit" thread. While it's not a section of it's own, it can be a great place to vent your spleen every once in a while. Talk about happy, sad, frustrating stuff just from out of the blue.

Now, do something for Me, ok? Don't just flop comments in any old section because you can't find the right one. If nothing else, there is always off topic. It makes more work for the Mods and I'd rather they spent their energies where it's really needed.

To me that shows exactly why there should NOT be a rant and rave section.
When you make a post about something, people are allowed to let you know what they think...
Agree or Disagree and be sarcastic, snarky, polite, on point, but it is very much a case of how someone perceives that response..and therefore their resulting responses, and often people get their noses out of joint for some perceived slight.
That said, Helllo and welcome to the forums.

Then there are the drooling imbecilics, fin dommes, fatgirls, and so on.

I try to manage fatgirl threads, in case I can snag a blowjob out of em.

In a written medium we can't see facial expressions or body language, so our minds put our own biases into play to determine the "tone" of a post.

Because we're familiar with LPs posting style, we know that wasn't snark. (Actually, even if I didn't know LP, I wouldn't have taken that for snark) It does make me wonder about the OPs biases that determined that someone she's not familiar with was being snarky.

I think it is just part of the cycle. If you think back to the beginning of September, we were flooded by all those 20 year old pro & fin dommes....
