To those who think that if a man likes anal stimulation, he's bi and/or sub.

Trust me on this one folks. The combination of a skilled fellatrix and a well lubed finger massaging the prostate will make you feel like you're losing bone marrow when you get off.

If I happen to have a foot of her hair wrapped around my right hand and throatfucking her till there's a nice mixture of mucous and mascara dripping down my thighs during the process, I ain't exactly being sub either.

very well said. i know someone who will agree with that [;)]

A closed mind is a dangerous thing, not to mention boring. A mind that's too open , isn't a good thing either. Your brains can fall out.
You are sexually bi, but emotionally connect to women .But you are not, straight. Straight people don't do same sex stuff....at all. At all.....Cos they are straight.....It's kinda the whole point of being straight.

samdarella -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/2/2012 8:12:45 PM)

Bisexuality doubles your chances of getting laid!!!

I've heard a girl refer to herself as bi from the waist up. Would play with titties but no going below the belt. Whatever you're in to.

Master's ex-wife is straight but such a sweetheart. We have an emotional attachment but not a sexual one. But she did rub Arnica on my ass while I was blowing Him. Damn, does that make me straight bc it didn't turn me on? Nope. I'm all the way bi. Sexually and emotionally I love women and men. One reason I prefer a relationship with a man is, in my experience, they are more likely to allow me to express my bisexuality.

littlewonder -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/2/2012 8:24:11 PM)

Dude, you're bi. You're definitely not straight in any way at all to me. If some guy approached me and said he was "mostly straight" I would ask him how can you MOSTLY be straight? You either are or you aren't. You sleep with men, no matter how little or often you do, you're still bi. If you decide to just stick to men then that makes you gay. It's not rocket science.

And fyi, not all of us are on that sliding scale. I'm 101% straight. Girls do nothing for me and never have.

Interesting responses... Mostly ;-)

Maybe my title was misleading, I wasn't looking for diagnosis as to whether I'm straight or bi or gay, I'm comfortable where I am and I believe everyone is on the sliding scale somewhere. The reason I say I consider myself straight is because I believe I'm closer to that end of the scale, and society requires me to pick one of three options.

I was more curious as to whether this is a common thing, for people to explore both sexes on a physical level while being content with just the one on an emotional relationship, "falling in love" kind of way.

For all I know, maybe I am gay, and I just haven't met the right guy. Never say never. I'm just reasonably confident that I'm sexually and emotionally experienced enough to know where I stand, but nobody knows what might be going on deep down. A closed mind is a dangerous thing! :-)

I don't play with women. I don't fondle their breasts, touch their pussies, eat them out, and they don't do that to me. I'm not wired that way. I also don't do casual.

[8|]Humph... I thought it was because you loved cock as much as the bisexual dude in the OP?

I learn sumtin' new every day.

chatterbox24 -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/2/2012 9:03:11 PM)

I have another theory! Now remember its just mine, and I am just sharing.

I think men who like dogs are more masculine. Men who like cats have a more feminine quality.

But granted men who like cats are also more open and more in tune. Dog men are mostly DOMS, and he men.

Its not theory exactly, its life experience, but still theory. But its my story and I am sticking to it. :)

littlewonder -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/2/2012 9:34:10 PM)

roflmao. Master will love reading that, being his cats are like his children that he spoils.

Missokyst -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/2/2012 9:47:14 PM)

Pretty sure it isn't common. I do see it a lot more now than in years past though. Lots of guys I know have closed their eyes, so to speak, when getting a BJ from a willing set of lips. But, not so many that I could say it is common. More of the males I know shudder at the thought of allowing another man's lips near their penis. As far as I go, being female, I would likely come unglued and injure any women who wandered near my vagina. Heck. I don't even care for female OB-GYN's, but I am pretty paranoid about FF sexuality. I know more women who are not bi than those that are. But fewer that are as passionately against it as I have been in my life.

This reminds me of the topic Oprah had on her show once back in 2010. It's called "on the down low", where married men were sneaking out to get some from other men. The men swore they were straight though.

Hi there,

I consider myself straight. I've never had a relationship with a guy and can't imaging doing so. But thats the emotional side.

Physically, I do see guys. More than girls in fact, but thats more about them being easier to find than because of preference :-) Quite often in a drunken half an hour on slaveboy or gaydar I can find a local sub to come round and service me. But I only use their mouths, so whats between their legs doesn't matter too much. I get them to agree beforehand that they will show up, deepthroat me, rim me, swallow my load and leave. And the right kind of sub is more than happy to do so :-)

I consider myself straight. = WRONG!!!

I've noticed quite a few profiles here (dom and sub) that are looking for either gender. My question is, when its a purely physical encounter, is it common for guys or girls who are straight _in real life_ so to speak to use or be used by the other gender. And if so, is it a compromise, or a taboo thing?

Discuss... :-)

Find this strangely interesting as this is also the attitude of many married straight men I've witnessed frequenting the gay cruising trails looking for some anonymous guy for a blowjob. Kinda like gay for pay but without the pay. Makes ya wonder about some poor gay guy who enjoys strap on play and has no issues if it's a woman wearing the strap on. Hmm maybe he's also closeted bi?

ChatteParfaitt -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/2/2012 11:16:40 PM)

Using FR:

In my opinion, the OP is bi, but like me, he's bi-lite (that's what I call it).

I call myself bi-lite b/c, although I have had sex with a female and enjoy it, my primary gender preference is for males. I'm not in the least interested in having a relationship with a female.

I do like FL's term of hetroflexible.

I agree the OP is sub to his dick, (many men are) and that is at least part of what is driving his behavior.

This comment is not necessarily directed at littlewonder. It's just a really convenient springboard.

I was sitting here thinking the exact same thing. It's also why the "but I have relationships with women" flag doesn't go far. The term isn't about a person's relationships or even their preference for sexual activities. That is exactly the kind of social pressure that I believe is a part of discussions like these and the various excuses that people hang on to to keep that 'straight' label. It's all wrapped up in that "be a man" stuff. Frankly, women don't have to face the same opposition when it comes to enjoying partners of either gender.

myotherself -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/3/2012 3:23:51 AM)

I have a male friend who, many years ago, recounted a time when he was given oral sex by another male. He claimed it was 'dreadful' and he'd never do it again. I asked him why he'd done it in the first place, and he couldn't answer my question. He also stated that this encounter proved to him he was totally straight.

I was, for a time, his play partner. He's a sadist, I'm a masochist. We'd spend a pleasant few hours playing, but once it was over, any D/s stuff stopped and we were just friends again. His dominance was strictly in the bedroom/play room.

A year or so later he met a wonderful woman, who became his sub. They moved in together and lived happily for a couple of years. Then it all changed - she was always a little switchy, but wanted to explore her dominant side. He announced he was a switch and they became a D/s couple, but with him as the sub and she as the Domme. He also announced he was bisexual.

To me, none of this came as a revelation. I'd always expected something like that to happen, and when it did I was actually happy for him to have accepted that side of himself and given himself permission to explore it.

Now they're a lovely poly family - she has slaves in addition to my friend, and he switches with others as and when it feels right.

I think the OP is where my friend was all those years ago - I only hope he can go through the same process and learn to accept and embrace his sexuality.

FilmWithMistrix -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/3/2012 6:20:49 AM)

I'm straight. No interest in a woman's genitals except to do painful things to them (clover clips on labia muahahaha)... I also have no interest in having a woman go down on me (idea is actually a turn off completely) or use a rubber cock on me. Think that's the definition of straight.

That said, I play as a dominant with both men and women, I am an equal opportunity sadist after all. I do use the heteroflexible designation on FL though, because I've found girls assume if you wont fuck them, you'd be adverse to hurting them, and that's a shame.

DesFIP -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/4/2012 11:20:21 AM)

I find the op's experience uncommon. I have known more men who can have purely physical sex with women, but only commit emotionally to other men.

I'd call him bi but perhaps heteroflexible is more accurate. Since his focus in just in getting his rocks off and as long as he doesn't have to reciprocate he doesn't care who the person is that the mouth is attached to.

What I really don't understand is why isn't it simply easier for him to use his right hand instead of having to find some drunk guy and let them know where you live.

Marini -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/4/2012 11:33:38 AM)

Dude, you are not straight.

the end

Mezrem -> RE: Sexuality - straight or bi? (11/4/2012 4:36:01 PM)

A good point Lady Pact and it is a common thing from the other bi people I have met over the years. I know for my part I was telling myself so many lies. In large the scene and the people within it are far more accommodating to alternate sexual orientations.

That said OP, dude call it what you want but sexual relations with another of the same gender blows the "straight" descriptor out of the water for you. It would be akin to that goof shirt that reads "I'm not gay but my boyfriend is"
