Edwynn -> RE: How low will leftists go? (11/22/2012 10:22:38 AM)

Speaking up here ... Those figures can be had, but, without addressing war costs in particular, my current studies relate to what is happening now, as result of (non-military) 'policies' and actions of the last 12 years, and to an extent, the last 30 years, more generally. AND, all the complete ideological horse manure behind it. There were 111 million jobs in 2000, there are 111 million jobs available today, in the last part of 2012. Real median income (i. e., adjusted for inflation, or, in 'constant dollars'), has DECLINED ~ 4% from 2000 to 2008. SO THEN ... The grades on the 'great experiment' in massive deregulation, and utterly irresponsible tax cuts to the wealthiest, those 'job creators,' are now on the front door of the professor's office, for all to see. MASSIVE FAIL! Not even the university system, not even Standard & Poors, nor Moody's Investors, has a grade or rating such as FFF, but that is the only proper and imminently fair grade to assign to the unconscionably idiotic pseudo-ideology foisted upon the country, as manifestation of which we are now beset (probably more accurately said as 'besot') with. PS To make tweakabelle and Kirata happy ... " ... of which with we are now beset." Thank you, thank you, etc.
