The Westminster Whistleblowers By Paul Dimoldenberg. Its the story of a corrupt local government running the London Borough "City of Westminster". The author, in his role of opposition councillor helped expose it and ended up being charged with misconduct for leaking documents. Probably the worst case of gerrymandering the UK has ever seen, it ran in the courts for 17 years and ened up with the Conservative Leader of the Council, Dame Shirley Porter Nee Cohen and daughter of Jack Cohen founder of Tescos (UKs largest supermarket chain) being fined £26 Million. She emigrated to israel but eventuall paid back some £13 million. Boring if you are not into politics and anti corruption issues.
