For me, sub frenzy is what I warn newbie subs about when I see in their profiles that they are going from dreaming to doing. The pressure there may have been building up for years. Or when they remark that they are increasingly frustrated at not being able to act on their desires. The ability to apply sense & standards decreases.

I think the condition that results, for both parties, when online contact is extended before a meeting takes place could be considered (related at least to) frenzy. Even if contact starts out with the dynamic in check, such can build and, when a meeting takes place, either or both is not as patient as they should be.

I have referred to extended contact prior to meeting as a "pressure cooker". Even the best intentions can give way to mounting passion.

Actually, my first Dom put his foot down. I wanted to try everything and anything and I wanted to try it NOW. He was the voice of reason and told me that he was slowing me down so that I wouldn't burn out. He didn't stop outright, but it certainly didn't go at the pace I thought I wanted. Now in hindsight, I believe he was right to do what he did.

I had as great add that just brought em in "are you ready to obey"?

Then this woman responded, we met, I collared her that night and then spent almost four years with her. Changed my.life.

To answer the question , yes of course , Dom Frenzy is a reality....

A boy , as a Dom , more than likely , will allow immaturity to surface , and he ends up learning a valuable lesson...

A guy or a dude , as a Dom , realizes that he hasnt crossed the threshold into manhood yet , finds out he has much more to learn , and he makes a choice between elevated maturity with wisdom , and selfishness....

A man as a Dom , should allow humility to take its rightful place in his foundation of dominance , recognize the frenzy for what it really is , and place it in its proper perspective of self-control. I myself use my frenzies as building blocks , because in the wide arena of domination , true exploration has no limits....

I meant frenzy as an excited state where control is lost, and the best choices are not made. Personal fulfillment or pleasing fulfillment only vs. Good solid best choices.

Now that you have clarified what you meant in the original question I feel I can answer. Please note that I can only speak for myself as I do not feel that this sort of thing can be generalized.

For me, the answer is yes. I have to admit to getting overly excited in the past and it has probably played a role in the various "mistakes" that I have made, some of which led to a scene ending too early, or even, unfortunately, minor injury.

This is far from black and white however, since the passion that fuels the frenzy, when tapped to a lesser degree and kept under a certain amount of control, is one of the main aspects of the intense connection in a scene.

Would it happen again? Maybe. The memories of emotions getting in the way of safety do not go away, but also lead to learning. It seems less likely to happen as I gain experience. Should it be avoided at all costs, including the abandonment of the kind of passion to which I referred earlier? I think that renders this whole process impotent, and without meaning. Therefore, I choose to walk the fine line.
