I have a friend who is Jewish. She loves Christmas trees and puts up a big, fat artificial tree every December 15th. She also puts it up for other holidays, with the appropriate decorations, of course. Her July 4 tree is the most awesome of all of them.
Where I grew up it was kind of a thing to get a small tree and decorate it in blue and silver with a Star of David on top and call it a Hanukkah bush.
