Status: offline 		I didnt say the guy that did the shooting was innocent.

HOWEVER, the youths in the SUV were said to have a shotgun, but witnesses at the scene said they never left the scene, therefore the shotgun disappeared into thin air or was equipped with a cloaking device.

Considering how often this is happening in Florida, I think the state should provide African American males in that state with body armor.

Status: offline 		Tazzy, I still say if the state of Florida would provide the young African American males with body armor, this would no longer be a problem, most shooters aim for center mass.

Changing the law would just screw over others and or put them at the mercy of criminals. It makes me wonder how many lives are saved as a result of enabling would be victims to defend themselves in legitimate self defense situations.

Status: offline 		Alright, let every state pass a stand your ground law, and give every person over the age of 6 a firearm.

There is an added benefit to this plan, the large number of dead each year would reduce the usage of resources, so it is an act of conservation as well.

Or exceptions when you get mugged on the street or exceptions if your about to be kidnaped in the Wal Mart parking lot some night by a rapist or exceptions when your business is being robbed or exceptions if a pediphile tries to grab your kid off the playground or exceptions if some idiot starts shooting into your SUV just because you're playing the stereo a little too loud.
