"Ahhh of course no answer, so you support voter suppression? Have a better answer??other than the GOP saying it was to stop minorities from voting??? as they did..or did you miss that????"

Look to yourself. People who view everything through the lense of "race" are the race problem.

Your blind eye is more of the cause for accepted racism then the eye of the people calling it out...In case you have not heard.."the truth will set you free" and "all men are created equal" (though not for those voting for the DEMS) to say racism is caused by the people who call out racism, shows how blind YOU are....

Im not so sure this is a case of racism. There is no evidence so far leaning in that direction. Had it been an SUV filled with white or Hispanic boys, would the outcome had been different? I do think it should be investigated as such. I am fairly confident the Feds will be called in to take a look. But the bar to prove such is high.

I know. I also know that as soon as a white man kills a black man, the first thought is its racially motivated. I would be curious to know how much he had to drink at the wedding, if any. Wonder where the video tape of the wedding is (everyone has one) and what the bartenders have to say (if there were any)

though, one has to admit, in a state where minorities are purged from legally voting, politicians have voiced opposition to their voices and in less than a year the second killing of a person of color by a white male claiming self defense when he could have driven away ...

as the court of law asked....what would a reasonable person do??? how many here would shot first or just drive away??????

Granted no one knows what happened...but strange how the law of data (statics) applies when it favors one group over another, but fails the same test when it is applied to the party in question

This case is different from the other in that there are witnesses.

OK so according to Police even though HE (dunn) pulled up next to the people he killed...and" A verbal confrontation followed and Dunn pulled out a gun. He fired it eight or nine times, with two of the bullets fatally hitting Davis."

I would like to think you are right..however, Why if he was so innocent why did he drive not away?If you can drive to you an drive away... Why in his report did they leave and then he follow them up next next to where he shot???? Why not just leave...Sorry..but it is hard to buy the fact it was not racial after the last 14 month of FL and national politics.....hell even Allen west said it is about race..not this but every other feeling we have..but now shooting someone is not race????

though you are right wait for the investigation to be done...Hmmm to bad the GOP do not give Susan Rice the same right

Whoa... I never said he was innocent. I just said I dont believe this is strictly racially motivated without more evidence. There is a huge difference.

How very right wing of you...

Yes, I understand. Declining to scream racism and start working on a noose equates to denying the race problem, supporting voter suppression, and being right wing. Thank you for your input. Now go take your meds.

So the hey I was drunk plea works for you????

Point of fact is, RACE is an issue....like it or not....so if he was drunk it's ok to kill black youth ...or Gee I am sorry I was drunk I did not mean to kill that blk youth???

What ever.. no matter what the race, how does one explain 5-9 shots fired in self defense in a auto, which can move away from harm, differ from being allowed 1 shot when in your home, cause that is what the law allows..

With all the political hype, and all the anti minority BS in the news in FL by the GOP it is hard to see how this was not race...

Have you looked up the stats for "stand your ground" stats on wht vs wht or blk vs blk???? shootings.. give it a peek.....seems to be close to zero..seems to only be used when it is one race shooting another.....an look to see how many blk shooting whts are considered "covered by the law standing your ground

Not exactly, Rule. The victim was but a passenger in the back seat. That's even in the OP.

So he was at least an accomplice, if not the instigator. It is good that he is dead.

hmmmm... Is that what I said?

No. I wondered about the drinking because the lawyer stated alcohol wasnt a factor in the incident. I am curious to know if that is true. Being drunk would certainly explain agitation with loud music.

Because people live in a state where the politicians are idiots, does that mean all the people there have to be racists?

So, if 99% of the cases are racially motivated, there isnt a possibility that 1% isnt? and that this isnt one of the 1%?

My point is.. there is a boy dead. A man is charged, and information is just starting to come out. The man is entitled to a fair trial.

maybe that's what it takes nowadays. kids like that will laugh at you if you try to speak reasonably with them. the fabric that used to hold society together has been unraveled by "progressives" and now they're whining when people take things into their own hands.

you're right, but on a larger scale this is a sign of change for the better. I don't expect you to agree on an emotional level, but maybe this is how modern young people need to be taught respect. the old way doesn't work anymore.
