Many of the problems we have are a result of policies that predated Bush and can even be traced back for decades. The government has grown into a monster. Bush helped the monster along its path. Obama policies are just making it worse. If we can't get a handle on spending we are going to hit the point of no return if we are not already there now. You will know it when that happens. There are no easy fixes.

That's the biggie. Getting the hell out of these overseas conflicts would go a long way. So many things need doing.

Tax rates are a bitch. If too much of it hits the job creators (small business) that can not be a good thing in this economic climate.

It still doesn't help to tax these people. They can waste their own money better than the government can. It's all going to be a moot point any way if they don't come up with a budget. If the fiscal cliff hits us we are all going to get a tax hike.
