@LadyPact
Being naughty is a good option in the beginning but a dog should only need to be told a few times before the lesson is learned.
Plus correction is short and swift. I'm kind of hoping for a prolonged high-mild pain.
I am trying to recreate as doglike a human life as possible when pet playing.
Someday internet Pomeranian.
Ah, but a piddle on the floor isn't necessarily the pet's fault. What if the dog had just been kept in too long. (Nobody said the owner has to be reasonable here.)

Your first thought was good. A flea bath certainly wouldn't be the dog's misbehavior, but it might not exactly be pleasant, either.

Maybe you could find some ideas for situation on the Animal Planet channel. They have a show called "My Cat from Hell". Maybe you could find one of the programs that conveys some bad habits of dogs that would be similar. I saw one recently about a dog who had a very bad habit of taking the owners random things and hiding them in her own dog house. That would be something that would be a bad behavior that would be difficult for the owner to break because it was never the same things.

Considering how I've tried to make it clear it's unnatural, and that situations are based on the top pretending not to notice the process hurts.
And in response people only referencing actually beating a pet, though I say specifically I don't like physical correction in pet play.
The repetition of which holds no use. I give people the benefit of the doubt that they based their comment only on the title (not on comprehension) rather than assume I am being trolled.

In the case of the bath/brushing a loving process is a painful one at the same time. That seems a pretty "natural" intersection.
I don't know why it wouldn't be logical to think others who have more experience than me could come up with more or have been in similar situations.

Eh, everyone's making this harder than it really is. Plenty of cats (as in actual cats) love to be spanked. Example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6a8T5Z5wkk

Just find a pet owner who will firmly caress you.

OH MY FREAKING WORD, I was laughing so hard now I can't SEE. *wipes eyes*

My cat LOVES to be "spanked and beaten". I can't let her see the fly swatter or she'll come running and meow-meowing until I pat her on the back with it--HARD. If I don't pat hard enough she grabs it and bites it until I do. She's a short-haired calico but during these sessions her tail is HUGE AND PUFFY, she looks like a freaking SQUIRREL when I'm done. She does the same thing with the fluffy green duster. I can't really WHAP her with it but I rub it all over her, back and forth, it gets really staticky and sparks fly off her fur when the lights are out (violet wand for kitties?), sometimes I even shock Myself, so I know she's getting zapped pretty good...tail all poofed out and eyes half-closed, then she'll stretch and roll around on the floor immediately afterward as though she's had catnip...

I THINK MY CAT IS A PAIN SLUT. LOL

And I know you shouldn't inflict pain on a "real" dog. What I mean is that I want to be in situations an animal would often find themselves and be comfortable and modify it to be painful.
Another example would be my groomer pulling off my toenails.

Pulling OFF toe nails is called animal cruelty... Do you mean clipping the nails?

No, no. What she wants is traditional, adored pet interaction (like nail clipping? My dog hates that), but "modified" to work with her enjoyment of pain. She doesn't want pain as a punishment, she wants it done in a way of showing affection and needs ideas on that.

Nelee cattle dipping is done for skin pests, bot flies, ticks, fleas, lice

Normally its done coming off the truck with a pressure sprayer or overhead drip (think slip n slide tunnel) feed lots especially those connected to feed lots its a ramp into dip they swim in then exit other side. Movie temple grandin has good accurate example of pro/con of methods

By the way nelee...go eat something!!
Its hannukah my inner yenta is going nuts!!!

No, I mean pulling it off. You wouldn't put a pet in really hot water either.
Hm, clarifying, I find some sort of excitement in the top not "noticing" my pain, but I also like I'd be doing my best not to show pain. This is true in non-pet situations too. So a painful situation is presented as ordinary as possible... I don't know it's strange.
Also, you can declaw a cat, which is similar to pulling toe nails I imagine. Poor kitties.

Oooh!! I see now, the swimming thing! Okay, okay, I got you!

Oh! Op! You could do the hot thing, but with a flea bath! Scalding flea bath water. I think that is the type of thing you are looking for? If not, then my apologies.

And no worries! I am well fed :) Er, what is a yenta?

Thanks very much. This is exactly what I mean.
(I had a rabbit who I eventually earned the trust of to flip on his back and groom. His bravery and eventual acceptance of what must have seemed like ridiculous torture to him created a bit of a grooming fantasy in me... Maybe to make up for how much he disliked it)

Kitty is is called felony waiting to happen!!! Maybe criminal homicide if you really get lucky. You may however have trouble enjoying the kink of scalding or body parts cut off in that medically induced coma. Leave it to the hospital to ruin your fun!!

Now I see why you were frustrated with getting ideas that didn't have perminant harm or disfigurement as givens. Please excuse me for ruining your fun, I like not harming my pets so they can play another day!!

FYI flea dip contains human neuro-toxins. That's why you are supposed to wear gloves

Erm... Well to me being forced to think like a non-human creature is pretty humiliating.
I guess I stand very alone when I think humiliating an animal further than forcing it into mental and physical bondage is overkill.
I have algolagnia when I pretend I'm an animal and a masochist when I'm a girl?
This is getting too complicated. >.>

A toe nail is not really a "body part". It's like hair.
I rip off my toenails on my own since jr. high, as a stress reliever.
The bed of the nail remains, they just throb for a week or so then the nail grows back.

I also commonly take scalding showers on my own, scalding baths were introduced to me by a Master I served in Japan.
They call it goemon buro. Japan is the best place for this sort of treatment because of the bath style.

CharmingKitty, you might have better results if you took this question to an otherkin or bodymod discussion board. There are whole levels of crazy in those communities, especially online, so it might be equally frustrating to ask there, but you'd be less likely to be swarmed by the fuzzy bunny handcuff safety police.

It doesnt have to be a limit. And I truly hope you find someone who will give you everything you are begging for.

I was merely clearing up some misconceptions.

If bringing reality into the fantasy means some think I am the "fuzzy bunny handcuff safety police"....

I can live with that.

Hello there everyone, a little context before my question.

I am looking for ways of incorporating my masochistic tendencies into pet play.
I'm not really into physical punishment in pet play aside from leash corrections or quick smacks. Plus since I'd like it's not much of a punishment.

So, what are some possible situations where torture could befall a human pet? These would be perhaps daily things either of us could cue, myself non-verbally Master in a "wanna go for a walk" sort of way. Ideally typical animal-human interactions where the top is "unknowingly" (or "reasonably") harming the pet. But any ideas at all involving any kind of pet would be appreciated.

The only things I can think of is being given a very hot bath. The top might want to use rubber gloves to protect their hands. Rubber and rough scrubbing is a plus for me.

Using a wire brush on skin.

Horse whipping

Admittedly I haven't been brainstorming very long, but some Master/Mistress's input would be helpful.

Look, pet play is all about head space. Putting yourself into a mindset of that animal. One way to incorporate both your masochism and that head space, is to make the pet play itself uncomfortable. Examples are, tight ropework/binding, prickly sleep mat, etc. Not really that hard to work in creative pain into pet play
