Good Lord....I am glad I am a boring and fade into the background newbie.....some of the pictures y'all describe would melt my laptop [8D] I agree about the giant closeups of someone's "junk." I think I can hold off on that sight until I feel compelled to see someone in person. My pic goes against one of the preferences - yes, I am kneeling. What can I say, I like that dress, and though I am not one bit ashamed of my normal, non airbrushed face......even in the most secure of secure places, once a picture is out there, it's out there, and I have kids. And yes, the dress is a size 14, and when I want to actually read the computer screen I wear glasses. Oh, and I have a zit on my chin right now too.......
I just like pictures where the person looks comfortable, normal, and happy. I mean, I get that a Dom has a very tough side, but when they look really really mad in every picture.....yikes. I mean, everyone smiles once in awhile, don't they?
O spent most of my teens and twenties stick thin because of a fat-phobic mom worrying about being "pretty enough" (what does that mean anyway???). At 44, I like who I am even if her pants are bigger. I like what someone said a few posts up about making no bones about who she is. One man might prefer twiggy, but another will like what he sees in me. And basically, if the biggest thing on his mind is not who I am but what size my tag says and whether or not my nose is exactly proportional to the rest of my face......he probably isn't my type anyway. I already have a Ken doll in storage. [;)]
