Aren't you virgin shaming in THIS statement?

FR

I'm not going to bother arguing with Nick . . . no doubt he's not interested, anyway, because he's much too busy humping a nice bit of Aussie totty . . . . [;)]

But, yes, I do have to agree that when women try to 'cut men to the quick' on this, any other forum or, indeed, in real time . . . they're cringe-inducingly feeble at it. Please, please, please, women: don't cast aspersions on our lack of ability to 'find pussy', or the length of our schlongs, or anything else that's designed to make us feel in some way 'less than fully male'. We men have been cutting each other all of our lives about our manhood, or lack thereof. You'll just look like kids in comparison. You don't know the game and you don't know the rules. It doesn't work. It's embarrassing.

Aussie totty?

Moonhead -> RE: When it comes to feminism, slut shaming is bad, virgin shaming is great! (12/30/2012 10:43:27 AM)

"Totty" is an old fashioned slang term for a young female person.
"Aussie" is an abbreviated form of "Australian".

Thank you for your assistance in that translation, Moonhead.

May I say that, despite your being Northern, you're much nicer and more helpful than anyone gives you credit for? [:)]

TieMeInKnottss -> RE: When it comes to feminism, slut shaming is bad, virgin shaming is great! (12/30/2012 10:52:42 AM)

It is not just "you can't get laid". One reason I don't like confrontation is because a simple argument over who is first in line at the store devolves into, often, one of the following:

-"at least I am not a fat bitch"
-"you are just jealous of my perfection"
-"at least I have a job and pay taxes"
-"at least my kid got into college"

For some reason, people are unable to disagree without going into personal attacks.

Thanks.  I did know the Aussie part.  I was unsure of the "totty" part.  I thought that perhaps it was a body part.

angelikaJ -> RE: When it comes to feminism, slut shaming is bad, virgin shaming is great! (12/30/2012 1:26:07 PM)

I think you are raising 2 separate questions:
Why is "you can't get laid" used in general and why is it used specific in relation to you.

I am not someone who uses it so I can't add anything to the general discussion point that hasn't been mentioned.

However, as to the question why it might be used against you, my guess has to do with the fact that I have never seen you write a "nice post".
You write insulting anti-female dreck to provoke a response and your manner is contentious.

I imagine some people may conclude that you might have a hard time finding a partner to couple with.

edit: typo

The simplicity

Why? There is no logical reason on the planet to "why" it is used against a male who uses freedom of speech. So you are saying that using pointless immature ad hominem attacks is somehow validated in argumentum when a male has an opinion that opposes feminism or has criticisms over what some women do?

So I can go around calling feminists "sluts" when they simply have a criticism against the men's rights movement or what some men do wrong?

Wow all this logic. [:D]

DomKen -> RE: When it comes to feminism, slut shaming is bad, virgin shaming is great! (12/30/2012 4:13:17 PM)

I've got a question for nick, what rights, presently denied to men strictly on the basis of gender, are you fighting for? A simple listing without editorializing please.

naughtynick81 -> RE: When it comes to feminism, slut shaming is bad, virgin shaming is great! (12/30/2012 4:29:26 PM)

Domken, I can see where this is going. You are attempting a diversion tactic where you want to point blame and the topic onto me instead of the feminists being sexist.

It never ceases to amaze me how people prefer to blame the man who complains about people being sexist instead of blaming the people committing the crime.

It's like me being sexist towards women and when a woman complains about it, I blame her for it all simply because she complained about it.

This ridiculous female favoritism needs to be diminished.

This is a forum. Last time I checked, forums are meant for discussion and debate. This means that a male is entitled to create discussions about sexism against men. So before asking me such ridiculous questions, one may think why aren't you telling this to everyone else who makes topics complaining about something? Such like topics complaining about Republicans, Obama, gun laws etc etc etc. Why aren't these people demanded to get off the forum and start making a fool of themselves by dancing around the street about it?

So now lets get back to the topic instead of using diversion tactics in the attempt to make the topic about me instead of why are feminists sexist and why do they have double standards.

No, you obviously don't see where this is going.

You claim men need to band together to reclaim their rights. I simply asked what rights don't we, as males, have. A simple list will suffice.

Where am I making these claims?

This is what I mean, this is not the topic, the topic is why do feminists do what they do.

Feel free to make your own topic about whatever you want. Stop trying to make the topic about me which has happened in the past when I've made topics about sexism against men. This is not about me, this is about the people who are sexist against men.

Oh god... all I can see is whining and babble. Could you give a couple of concrete examples please?

You're absolutely right. But, and I'm only saying it as I see it, I have a really strong suspicion that you're posting as a result of some butt-hurt you've experienced.

You really need to make your point more clearly, because right now if I were a betting man, given the option between a) This is all about a whining, socially inept little loser getting slapped on some thread or b) this is a sincere debate about the state of Misandry on the CM board, I'd be going with option "a".

Oh fuck is that the topic? The topic is "why are feminists sexist and why do they have double standards." is it?

Well, forgive me, but that does seem like an astonishingly silly generalisation to make. Could you give some examples please.

And, you're sure all this isn't down to the fact that you're bitter because you're having trouble getting laid?

Sugar shorts, being sexist is not a crime.  Sexual discrimination is.  Sexual harassment is as well.

You know Nick. It strikes me that Peon started a thread over in general discussing many of the same issues that are of interest to you. I'd encourage you to note the WILDLY different reaction to what is fundamentally the same questions and concerns that you and I share. On that thread I was pretty pointed about my comment and yet nobody flamed me.
