Care to explain, Rob? Are you saying it can't happen because it'll never through the Democrat-led Senate, or that there isn't any way they can be impeached, regardless of what the Constitution states? I wholeheartedly agree with the former, but not the latter. And, in this case, I don't see it warranting impeachment. I reserve the right to call for impeachment of Obama and/or Biden if they *do* violate their oaths of office.

Nope, because the President is part of the Executive branch of the government and not the Legislative branch. It isn't his JOB to legislate anything.

what else would you call it? he is acting as a dictator.. in ndaa he made sure the military could take civilians into custody and hold without trial or even execute for whatever reason the gov feels.. he is trying to take away the second amendment which is there to protect us against tyranny.. the second amendment allows us to have firearms as capable as those used by the military in the event we ever have to rise against the government because it will be the military we will be facing off against to end tyranny.. by banning the "military looking guns" which is a joke because you can make any gun look military and with the stupid assault rifle definition that the government is using any gun could be an assault rifle.. he is opening the door to many more things.. first he bans rifles then it will be pistols and shotguns then once we have gotten over that it will be gun confiscation.. then you will live in a police state.. personally down for the next civil war because if somone comes for my guns ill be laying them down and they wont be getting back up.. fuck obama and the camps he payed fema to build and hold civilians.. his name isnt even obama... look up barry soetoro.. he isnt even a fucking american.. theres a documentary on this shit on youtube.. anyone who supports obama is a fucking idiot who has not done any fucking research and probably thought the 2nd amendment was for hunting..

Status: offline 		I have a solution, the government should only allow those of at least 1/4 Native American blood and higher to own guns, and make it mandatory for the rest of the population of the US to stay blind drunk when not at work.

And while we are at it, revoke speed limits and legalize pot.

Status: offline 		It doesn't tazzy. You have to read more than one sentence. Like Tench Coxe, whom you probably never heard of due to a government run education, or Miller v. US, where the Supreme Court said the amendment *only* protected arms suitable for military service. Now I'm told it was meant only to protect guns for sport and hunting... not resistance to an out of control federal military-industrial complex that has us fighting undeclared wars in hundreds of locations around the globe and sucking us dry to pay for it... DO SOME RESEARCH. If you expect to remain ignorant and free, then you expect what never was and never will be.

As far as the 2nd, you arent too swift about history are you. The second allowed for a well armed militia... in place of a standing army. We have a standing army.. no more need for a well armed militia.

The SC determined that the 2nd allowed you to own guns. No where in any writings does it detail that you are entitled to possessing weapons equal to that of the military.

Even the SC, which affirmed your right to own a gun, states the government has within its power to determine what guns you can have and how you should keep them.
