I agree the graphic is different - but consider this dichotomy, by sitting at a bench in a typical shopping mall (warm clime such as where I live):
a) The men will invariably be casually dressed in jeans or slacks, t-shirts or button-downs or polos, i.e., no skin to speak of will be showing
b) The women will vary hugely, however quite a few will have as much thigh showing as they can possibly show, and as much breast as possible without getting arrested. Certainly you'll see plenty of skin.
The amount of skin shown will likely be inversely proportional to maturity, but even the more mature women may add a slit to the longer hemlines so as to show a sliver of skin upon each step (which, I admit, keeps a man's attention upon her merely for the chance of "more skin").
All this is healthy advertising. Women do it from the time they enter high school to when it no longer works for them (or they no longer need it ... I don't actually know 'what' stops them). But trust me, we men notice you women, and we certainly notice a plunging neckline and a woman sitting down who is forced to cross her legs to keep our prying eyes away from where she hides the jewels.
So, what strikes me is the striking inconsistency of women not wanting to see male genitalia in a fetish forum or elsewhere (which we can presume is a given at this point of this thread), yet, with very many women teasing we clearly gullible men with myriad purposeful hints of their genitalia all the time, both in day to day life (where we men do not stoop to that level) and in the fetish forums (where we men apparently overdo it, in spades).
I wish I had a better vocabulary which could define this strikingly obvious conundrum better.

This is likely to be the crux of the matter.
Men, in general, do not promote (or falsely enhance) their genitalia for women to plainly see (e.g., I pick a mall as a common example above) while women, clearly do hint (and enhance) their genitalia just so men can see it (I don't believe for a second that 'women-do-it-for-the-women' ... but that could be the topic of a different thread).
And this male restraint clearly transcends my mall example.
a. At work, you rarely see man skin (and where women are more restrained themselves from offering their genitalia to purview)
b. At school, you'll not often see man skin (here is where women are vastly less restrained, freely offering their skin for all to enjoy)
c. College wrestlers don't even show off a lot of man skin (whereas that's all cheerleaders really do)
So where is all this un-restraint by males happening?
It's here on the forum.
Why?
More specifically, since males show extreme restraint in almost all aspects of their lives in NOT showing their genitalia (as compared to women, see above argument), why, then does all that respectful restraint suddenly disappear the moment some males get onto a fetish web site?
That's a question worth pondering (versus the medical school conundrum)!
