I am tired of the BDSM community always getting frowned upon by the rest of society.We live in 2013,not 1913.There seriously needs to be a law about this.Just like in many states you can't discriminate against gay people,something simliar should be done.There really needs to be a law.Why is it in 2013,it is perfectly okay to discriminate against someone because of their sexuality?If its done in the private bewteen grown consenting adults and does not affect someones job or day to day living.who cares.I do not accept this as a healthy way of living.In a way,for me coming clean about being a submissive,I sort of can understand how gay people may feel about coming out.I credit the gay rights movement for the fact that we can at least be as open as we are today.But its clear there is still alot of work to be done.I know I won't deny myself any longer just to please other people.Society views on this need to change,just as slowly as society has accpepted gay people.
