The only problem is that if it were called a Reagan/Dubyaphone (as it properly is) the FOX-watching mouthbreathers wouldn't have anything else to mindlessly spout.

So that would be a "no" then, on having a point. The program was rechristened by a paid democrat activist who ran her fat fucking mouth in front of the wrong camera, and something new went viral on the internet. Welcome to the 21st century. That sort of thing happens.
You want to call it a Reaganphone? Spiffy. It's still an excellent example of how a well-intended assistance program can be exploited and abused. 41%, Hillwilliam. Now granted, some of those who didn't respond to the documentation demand are going to be among the most needy, and worst off, who simply aren't functional enough to meet the requirement, but there will be plenty of welfare lifers who know to have the right papers in order, too, and all the extra household members with the aid will be able to document that they have self-declared themselves "homeless."

Now a quick-witted lib might take the opportunity to suggest that this can be taken as a sign that the administration is not going to tolerate fraud, but there are only a few of those here. The DIACF gaggle certainly can't be expected to get beyond bile, and talking points.
