I agree with above post by Kana. I know most people advise emailing, chatting, communicating for ?months if not years... I am fairly impatient, and get bored (as well as become boring) with online communication. For the majority of people I encounter online, I don't invest emotionally, or take them very seriously, until we meet, and check out the chemistry. The only times I tend to take it a little slower, is if the person lives accross the country, or in another continent. Even than, I tend to lose interest in the evasive/paranoid people who chat/email for months, and remain more comfortable behind the keyboard. I have always trusted my instincts, and they have not lead me astray. You, OP should do what you feel comfortable with. I don't personally believe that wanting to meet quickly is a red flag. Quite the contrary as a matter of fact. M
