So after Columbine, Virginia Tech, etc. etc. etc. the school hadn't put together it needed at least one armed guard on the premises to prevent a "Shooting Fish In A Barrel" scenario, or at leat make the attempt. Nope the school did nothing in the face of reality and now millions of gun owners are supposed to suffer. Nope doesn't cut it. If your kid is going to a school without a resource officer or armed guard then you ought to consider putting your kid elsewhere. Or you could do a fund raiser so a private guard or off duty officer could be hired. None of this happened.

Now anti-American laws are being passed in this country by anti-American fools who don't even know what they are talking about.

Someone simply disagreeing with me doesn't make them anti-American. Wanting laws that disarm American and infringe upon the 2nd Amendment is anti-American. If I tried to restrict someone's first amendment rights that would make me anti-American but I'm not trying to restrict anyone's freedom of speech. You have the right to your opinion and to share it just as I do, I may not agree with it but I have no desire to infringe upon it so long as the Constitution stands.

To clarify, you want to disarm Americans, anti-American. You want to infringe upon the 2nd Amendment, anti-American. Communism is anti-American. Fascism is anti-American. And guess what I'll add this, you want to deny homosexual marriage, anti-American. You want to deny abortion, anti-American. That's my opinion.

It used to be gunnies called the anti-RKBA types antis but that's not good enough anymore. It's better just to put them in the anti-American group and deal with them accordingly. Unless an anti is suggesting real compromise or addressing the real issues of mental health behind these shootings, there is no point in looking at them as anything other than enemies. Granted the rule of law still stands so their civil rights must be respected but there's nothing wrong with thinking of them as enemies and preparing for the day the rule of law might fall.

It seems that there are people who use the analogy of "people who have guns still get killed, therefore we don't need guns".
Would you say the same about seat belts?
People die in car wrecks where they were belted all the time.
Can you see the utter idiocy of that analogy now?

Columbine did have an armed guard who did engage (and by that I mean gunshots) Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Virgina Tech Police, armed police were already looking for Cho when he locked the doors and started shooting. The laws that have been recently passed were done well within the laws of each state, nothing anti american about it. The one story I like about armed guards at school is the NRA trained guard who left his gun in a bathroom. The only Anti American here is you, who does like the process of law.

No... you think you have found a clever little trick to do a little name calling while doing the red white and blue dance. Well since the left is quick to say that the Constitution won't be done away with and this country will never collapse, and the rule of law will always stand, what does it matter what I would or would not do. It's moot lol. By their view on things the condition subsequent would never occur. If the Constitution and Bill of Rights is destroyed do we still have an American nation or some diseased anti-American nation?

How is communism and fascism anti-American, hmm really? Guess infringing on liberties and private property is completely American in your view, glad we don't share it.

The days of the silent majority is gone. We're polarized now and your either for or against.

When something is submitted in written form, it is assumed to be the intellectual property of the writer. To cut and paste or take the writings of another without quoting or attribution is legally, ethically and academically considered plagiarism. That is correct, "Assumed" in the legal, ethical and academic sense.

When someone submits a body of writing, it is legally, ethically and academically assumed to be their creation unless they cite the author.

To cut and paste or otherwise post the words of another without attribution is a very good legal, ethical and academic definition of the word 'plagiarism'.
