Hi MBMG So to cover an area that's maybe not been addressed so far, I get a lot of 'forced femme' type clients, probably works out to be around 50% of my regulars. Even a fairly specialised area such as this has start up costs which pretty quickly mount up. Just some examples... Shoes - No such thing as buying a single pair of shoes in a single size for client use, you have to cater for clients who can vary from a UK 7 all the way up to a UK 12. Clothing - Again, much the same problem, you get clients who will range from a UK 12 all the way up to a UK 22, plus you have to have a variety of looks in all of those outfit sizes. Make up - More of an ongoing then start up cost, but still needs to be factored into any profit margin. When you are getting through several bottles of foundation alone each week, it can be pretty significant over time. All in all I would guess that I currently stock around £6k of various heels, outfits, toys etc... Ongoing costs tend to be around £100 per week for replacements, make up, damages etc... Hope this is of some help Zara
