Not nicotine itself. Just the juices in the electronic cigarettes that contain nicotine. Health Canada has decided that since nicotine is a controlled substance (you can get the gums and patches over the counter at a pharmacy, but not at the corner store), and they haven't done the research into the e-cigs themselves, they aren't going to allow it up here. From what I've read on the e-cig forums, there are many people up here that order the juices from the states, and usually don't have a problem, but it can (and has for some) been seized at the border. So, while I can get an e-cig, there will be no nicotine in it at all. Only the vegetable glycerine, water, and artificial flavourings (as I read the label on the one in front of me).
