I have stick straight, super fine hair. Hairdressers hate my hair. They try to style it and literally, it does not hold at all. It falls right out. They've tried everything with my hair to no avail, every product imaginable.I've had to learn to just live with it. I tried permanent extensions but they fell out two days later. The hairstylist had told me she wasn't sure they would work in my hair so I wasn't surprised. She had only put in a few to start out with before I payed a ton of money. I color my hair a few times a year and that gives it a little more bounce but that only lasts for about a week before it's back to where it was before. I've tried getting all different types of cuts throughout the years. When I had a pixie cut I looked like a boy. When I had my hair cut in another short style once, my sisters said I looked like a dyke. When I grow it out it's just completely limp. Most days I end up just putting it in a ponytail that I have to continue tightening all day long or putting it in a bun and again, fixing it all day long.
I'm so sick of it right now that I'm thinking of getting something done with it this weekend. But Master likes long hair so I have to be careful of what style I choose. UGH.
I sympathize with those who have hair like mine.
